Claims (4)
- 다수의 로드트랜지스터가 직렬연결되어 일측에 인가되는 전원전압을 차례로 소정의 레벨만큼 강하시켜 전달하는 레벨검출부와; 전원전압과 접지사이에 서로 다른 채널의 모스트랜지스터가 직렬 연결되어 상기 레벨검출부로부터 서로 다른 레벨의 전압을 게이트에 인가받아 상기 전원전압이 일정레벨에 도달할때까지 디스인에이블신호를 발생하는 디스인에이블신호발생부와; 상기 디스인에이블신호발생부의 출력신호를 반전하여 출력하는 인버터로 구성하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 전원공급 제어회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 인버터의 출력신호에 따라 오프되어 전원전압단으로부터 디스인에이블신호발생부로의 전류패스를 차단하는 피모스트랜지스터를 더 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전원공급 제어회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 레벨검출부의 로드트랜지스터는 엔모스트랜지스터로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전원공급 제어회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 레벨검출부의 로드트랜지스터는 피모스트랜지스터로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전원공급 제어회로.
