Claims (11)
- 분말 사출 성형용 결합제에 있어서, 무기 분말을 기준으로 페놀 수지 3 내지 20중량부, 용매 5 내지 20중량부, 가소제 0.5 내지 3중량부 그리고 윤활제 0.5 내지 3중량부로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 분말 사출 성형용 결합제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 페놀 수지로는 상온에서 액상으로 존재하는 레졸형 페놀 수지 또는 물이나 에탄올에 용해 가능한 노블락형 페놀 수지를 사용하여서 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분말 사출 성형용 결합제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 결합제에는 추가로 페놀 수지의 경화제를 무기 분말을 기준으로 해서 1 내지 5중량부를 사용하여서 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분말 사출 성형용 결합제.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 페놀 수지의 경화제는 성형 조건에 따라 상온용, 중온용 또는 고온용 경화제를 선택하여 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분말 사출 성형용 결합제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용매로는 물 및/또는 에탄올을 사용하여서 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분말 사출 성형용 결합제.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 물 또는 에탄올의 함량은 무기 분말을 기준으로 물이 1 내지 10중량부, 에탄올은 4 내지 10중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 분말 사출 성형용 결합제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가소제로는 디메틸 프탈레이트, 디에틸 프탈레이트 또는 디부틸 프탈레이트 중에서 선택하여서 되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 분말 사출 성형용 결합제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 윤활제는 스테아르산, 올레산, 왁스류 또는 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 중에서 선택하여서 되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 분말 사출 성형용 결합제.
- 분말 사출 성형용 결합제를 이용하여 분말 사출 성형체를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 제1항 내지 제8항에 따른 분말 사출 성형용 결합제를 무기 분말과 상온에서 혼합하여 사출 성형 시의 금형 온도를 30 내지 200℃로 한 후, 열분해 법에 의해 용매를 제거하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 분말 사출 성형용 결합제를 이용한 분말 사출 성형체의 제조 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 금형 온도에서 경화제로서 상온용 경화제를 사용하는 경우의 금형의 온도는 30 내지 70℃범위이고, 중온용 경화제를 사용하는 경우의 금형의 온도는 70 내지 120℃범위이며, 고온용 경화제를 사용하는 경우의 금형의 온도는 120 내지 200℃범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 분말 사출 성형용 결합제를 이용한 분말 사출 성형체의 제조 방법.
