Claims (3)
- 두 개의 강성요소 사이의 진동을 필터링하기 위한 탄성 조인트로서, 상기 두 개의 강성요소 중 하나에 부착되고, 제1단부, 제2단부, 상기 제1단부에서 제2단부로 연장하는 종축 및 주위에 배치되는 외부표면을 가지는 견고한 내측 프레임 케이싱(2); 상기 두 개의 강성요소 중 나머지 하나에 부착되고, 상기 내측 프레임 케이싱의 적어도 일부분 주위에 배치되며, 상기 내측 프레임 케이싱의 외부표면과 떨어져서 배치되는 내부표면을 가지는 견고한 커플링 외측링(3); 각각이 상기 내측 프레임 케이싱으로부터 방사상 바깥으로 상기 내측 프레임 케이싱과 커플링 외측링 사이 거리의 일부분만큼 뻗어있고, 서로 떨어져 있는 두 개의 숄더(4); 내측 프레임 케이싱의 외부표면 및 커플링 외측링의 내부표면과 접하면서 내측 프레임 케이싱 및 커플링 외측링 사이에 배치되고, 상기 두 개의 숄더 사이에 배치되는 탄성링(1); 상기 각각의 숄더는 상기 탄성링에 인접하는 제1측면과, 내측 프레임 케이싱의 단부에 인접하는 제2측면을 가지고, 상기 커플링 외측링의 양 단부는 내측 프레임 케이싱 쪽으로 방사상 안쪽으로, 내측 프레임 케이싱 및 커플링 외측링 사이 거리의 일부분만큼 뻗어 있는 해머링된 가장자리(8)를 가지며, 상기 각 숄더 및 그에 인접하는 해머링된 가장자리 사이에 배치되는 탄성체로 이루어진 두꺼운 층(7);을 구비하며, 상기 탄성링 및 두꺼운 층에 의한 축방향 및 방사상 강도는 정지상태에서는 축방향 강도(rigidity)가 방사상 강도보다 2배 내지 5배 작으며, 상기 내측 프레임 케이싱과 커플링 외측링이 서로에 대하여 축방향으로 이동하는 때에는, 축방향 강도가 방사상 강도에 비하여 크도록 증가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성 조인트.
- 섀시에 대하여 고정축 둘레를 굴절하는 3각형 암을 이용하는 차량의 서스펜션으로서, 상기 3각형 암의 하나 이상의 굽힘점(articulation point)에, 고도의 진동 필터링 능력 및 합체된 멈추개(stop)에 의하여 조정되는 축방향 간극을 구비하는 제1항에 의한 탄성 조인트가 장착되어 있는 것을 특징으로하는 차량의 서스펜션.
- 차량 또는 선박에 탑재된 설비에 진동방지 서스펜션을 사용할 수 있게 고정시키는 고정부재로서, 고도의 필터링능력과 합체된 멈추개(stop)에 의하여 조정되는 축방향 간극이 있는 제1항에 의한 탄성 조인트가 장착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고정부재.
