Claims (1)
- 원 바깥을 따라 인블루트 치열 및 그에 계합된 치열 홈이 있는 한 쌍의 계합 휠과, 원 바깥을 따라 인블루트 치열 및 작업 치열이 있는 작업 휠로 이루어지되, 상기 작업 치열의 높이는 인블루트 치열보다 크고, 상기 계합 치열홈의 깊이는 인블루트 치열사이의 간격보다 또한 크며, 서로 계합되어 케이싱내에서 회전가능한 한쌍의 계합 로터에 있어서, 상기 작업 휘에 대한 상기 작업 치열의 형상이 하기 식으로 정의되고,작업 치열의 부가 원의 곡선은 작업 휠의 중심원을 중앙으로 하고, R2반경이라 하여, 사잇각2Ψ에 대응하는 아치에 의해 다음식으로 정의되며,계합된 휠에 대한 상기 계합홈의 형상은 다음 함수식에 의해 정의되고,계합홈의 바닥 곡선은 계합 휠의 원 중심을 원 중심으로 하고, (Ra+Rb-R2)을 반경으로 하여, 부가 두께의 사잇각 2Ψ에 대응하는 각2iΨ에 의해 포함된 아크에 의해 다음 식에 의해 정의 되고,상기 계합 휠의 원주를 따라서는 nb 홈이 불균일하게 분포되는 반면, 상기 작업 휠의 원주를 따라서는 na 작업 치열이 불균일하게 분포되며; 작업 치열사이에 포함된 각도ωna및 작업 휠에 대한 인블루트 치열의 기준원의 반경R2에 의해 정의된 아크는 계합된 작업 치열사이에 포함된 각도ωnb및 계합된 휠에 대한 인블루트 치열의 기준원의 반경Rb에 의해 정의된 아크와 같고, 이 경우, 다음 조건을 만족하여야 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 계합 로터.상술한 바와 같이, na, nb는 양의 정수이고: Ra는 휠A에 대한 인블루트 치열의 기준원의 반경을 나타낸다: Rb는 휠B에 대한 인블루트 치열의 기준원의 반경을 나타낸다: R2는 휠A에 대한 작업 치열의 부가원의 반경을 나타낸다: Rb1은 휠B에 대한 인블루트 치열의 부가원의 반경을 나타낸다:a는 점 Rd및 그것의 수직선 0 0'을 지나는 선의 교차점과 원 Ra와 원Rb의 접선의 점사이의 거리를 나타낸다: i는 기어비를 나타낸다: Ψ는 작업 치열 부가 두께의 반각을 나타낸다: γ는 계합된 치열홈의 주요 반각을 나타낸다: θ는 상수를 나타낸다: n은 n=0,1,2....k, 여기서 k는 자연수를 나타낸다.
