Claims (7)
- 불활성 입자 물질과 점착성 중합체의 혼합물을 포함하고, 상기 불활성 입자 물질은 외부 껍질의 중량을 기준으로 하여 75중량% 이상의 양으로 존재하는 외부 껍질; 및 점착성 중합체와 불활성 입자 물질의 혼합물을 포함하고, 상기 점착성 중합체는 내부 코어의 중량을 기준으로 하여 90중량% 이상의 양으로 존재하는 내부코어; 로 이루어지고, 상기 점착성 중합체의 연화온도 또는 그 이상의 온도에서 유동 베드 중합 공정에 의하여 생성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 입자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 불활성 입자 물질이 카본블랙, 실리카 및 점토로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 입자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 불활성 입자 물질이 약 10 내지 100nm의 일차 입자크기와 약 0.1 내지 약 10 미크론의 평균크기의 응집물, 약 30 내지 1,500㎡/g의 비표면적 및 약 80 내지 350cc/100g의 디부틸프탈레이트(DBP) 흡착을 갖는 카본블랙인 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 입자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 점착성 중합체가 a. 에틸렌 프로필렌 고무; 또는 b. 에틸렌 프로필렌 디엔 삼원공중합체 고무; 또는 c. 폴리부타디엔 고무; 또는 d. 고 에틸렌 함량의 프로필렌 에틸렌 블록 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 입자.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌 프로필렌 디엔 삼원공중합체가 에틸렌/프로필렌/에틸리덴노보르넨 삼원공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 입자.
- 내부 코어의 중량을 기준으로 하여 약 90 중량% 이상인 a. 에틸렌 프로필렌 고무; 또는 b. 에틸렌 프로필렌 디엔 삼원공중합체 고무; 또는 c. 폴리부타디엔 고무; 또는 d. 고 에틸렌 함량의 프로필렌 에틸렌 블록 공중합체; 및 불활성 입자 물질을 포함하는 내부 코어; 및 카본블랙, 실리카 및 점토로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 불활성 입자 물질 및 a 또는 b 또는 c 또는 d의 혼합물을 포함하고, 상기 불활성 입자 물질은 외부 껍질 중량을 기준으로 하여 75중량% 이상의 양으로 존재하고, 상기 내부 코어를 둘러싸는 외부 껍질; 로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 입자.
