Claims (4)
- 가스유입관을 통해 유입되는 가스를 연소시키는 버너와, 일측에 냉수급수관이 연결되고 타측에 매니폴드가 연결되어 상기 버너가 설치된 연소실에 나선형으로 권회설치되는 열교환튜브와, 연소된 가스를 배기시키는 배기챔버 및 배기팬을 포함하는 가스순간온수기에 있어서, 상기 열교환튜브(16)를 중심으로 불완전연소된 가스를 완전연소시키는 촉매(15)가 설치된 내통(14)이 안쪽에 밀착설치되고, 바깥쪽에 단열재(20)가 설치된 외통(18)이 밀착설치되며, 상기 내통(14)과 외통(18) 사이에 열기통로가 형성되도록 상기 내통(14)과 외통(18) 사이에 설치되는 열교환튜브(16)를 이격권회시켜 그 사이에 공간부(22)가 형성되도록 하며, 상기 열교환튜브(16)에서 공급되는 온수를 두가지 이상의 온도로 분리하여 온수배수관(34)을 통해 배수공급되도록 하는 이퀄라이저밸브(32)가 상기 매니폴드(30)에 연결설치되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 가스순간온수기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 버너(12) 하측에는 5개의 솔레노이드로 구성되는 솔레노이드밸브(11)가 설치되어 버너(12)로 유입 공급되는 가스를 5단계로 제어 공급시킬 수 있도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 가스순간온수기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내통(14) 상측에 설치되는 촉매(15)에는 세라믹재가 코팅형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 가스순간온수기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배기팬(26)은 콘덴서모터(M)로서 구동시켜 배기가스량을 온도에 따라 제어할 수 있도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 가스순간온수기.
