Claims (20)
- 연소실과, 내부에 유체의 유통이 허용되며 상기 연소실내에 설치되는 가열튜브와, 상기 연소실내로 화염을 분사하도록 설치된 연소장치와 따라서 상기 가열튜브를 통하여 상기 가열튜브내를 유동하는 유체를 가열할 수 있도록 구성된 파이프열교환식 가열로용 연소방법에 있어서, 상기 연소방법은 상기 연소실 내벽에 설치된 축열부를 통하여 그 내부로 상기 산화제를 이송하는 상기 산화제 공급로를 통해 산화제를 방출하고, 이와 동시에 상기 산화제 통로용 상기 축열부의 영역은 시간의 경과에 따라 변화되도록 하는 점을 특징으로 하는 파이프열교환식 가열로의 연소방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산화제 공급로와 상기 축열기는 회전가능하게 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 연소방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 산화제 공급로는 선택적으로 분당 2 내지 4의 1회전비로 회전하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연소방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산화제 공급로는 상기 산화제를 상기 축열기의 방향의 상부와 유출부를 통해 분사되도록 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 연소방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산화제 공급로의 유출부는 수많은 기공을 가지는 선단면으로 덮혀 있고, 고속에서 상기 산화제를 상기 축열기로 분출하도록 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 연소방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연소장치는 버너의 내부를 통해 기동공기를 공급하도록 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 연소방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 화학양론 연소공기에 대한 상기 기동공기비는 2 내지 15% 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 연소방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연소장치는 버너의 내부를 통해 기동증기를 공급하도록 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 연소방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기동증기의 양은 가열연료 부피의 10,000㎉에 0.1 내지 0.8㎏ 사이의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 연소방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 축열기는 세라믹재로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 연소방법.
- 연소실과, 내부에 유체의 유통이 허용되며 상기 연소실내에 설치되는 가열튜브와, 상기 연소실내로 화염을 분사하도록 설치된 연소장치와 따라서 상기 가열튜브를 통하여 상기 가열튜브내를 유동하는 유체를 가열할 수 있도록 구성된 파이프열교환식 가열로용 연소장치에 있어서, 상기 연소장치는 상기 가열튜브 가열용 버너와, 상기 버너로 산화제를 공급하기 위한 산화제 공급로와, 연소로 발생한 배기개스를 상기 연소실과 기동공기 축열기의 외부로 방출하기 위한 배기개스 배출구와, 상기 연소실 벽에 부착되어 있는 상기 축열기, 축열부를 지나는 상기 산화제 공급로를 통해 상기 산화제가 방출되는 동시에 상기 산화제 통로용 상기 축열부의 영역은 시간의 경과에 따라 변화되도록 하는 점을 특징으로 하는 파이프열교환식 가열로용 연소장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 산화제 공급로와 상기 축열기는 회전가능하게 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 연소장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 산화제 공급로는 상기 산화제를 상기 축열기의 방향의 상부와 유출부를 통해 분사되도록 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 연소장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 산화제 공급로는 상기 축열기와 연결되어 몸체케이스 내부에 형성되며 상기 배기개스 배출로로부터 분리된 것을 특징으로 하는 연소장치.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 몸체케이스는 내부에 하나 이상의 상기 산화제 공급로가 분할 설치되어 있고, 이웃한 산화제 공급로 사이의 공간은 그 자체가 배기개스 배출로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연소장치.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 산화제 공급로는 상기 산화제 공급로와 상기 배기개스 공급로 사이에 선택적으로 설치되도록 상기 몸체케이스 내부로 돌출하여 상기 버너 둘레에 일정 간격으로 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 연소장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 산화재 공급로는 수 많은 기공이 마련된 선단면으로 막힌 유출부를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 연소장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 버너는 기동공기 공급용 파이프가 마련되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연소장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 버너는 기동중기 공급용 파이프가 마련되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연소장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 축열기는 세라믹재로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 연소장치.
