Claims (8)
- 강성의 플라스틱으로 만들어지며, 무압력 상태 또는 정적상태에서 제2 기계부품(12; 32; 47; 62)의 외주면(19; 39; 47'; 69)상에 밀봉면으로 안착되고, 그루브(16; 38; 49; 66)의 저압측부(21; 36; 50; 67)로부터 적어도 부분적으로 이격되어 있는 밀봉링(17; 34; 51; 64, 64')과, 탄성 고무재로 만들어지는 바이어스링(18; 35; 52; 65)을 가지며, 상기 밀봉링(17; 34; 51; 65, 64')을 가압하기 위하여, 상기 그루브(16; 38; 49; 66)는 상기 밀봉링(17; 34; 51; 64, 64')과 상기 그루브(16; 38; 44; 66)저면부와의 사이에 상기 바이어스링(18; 35; 53)이 배치되어 상기 밀봉링(17; 34; 51; 65, 64')과 상기 바이어스링(18; 35; 52; 65)을 수납하는 그루브(16; 38; 49; 66)를 갖는 제1 기계부품(11; 31; 46; 61)과 상기 제1 기계부품(11; 31; 46; 61)과 서로 전후로 움직이는 동심체로 된 상기 제2 기계부품(12; 32; 47; 62) 사이의 밀봉 장치에 있어서, 상기 밀봉링(17; 34; 51; 64, 64')의 측면이 반대측 그루브(16; 38; 49; 66) 측면에 대하여 예각을 형성하는 수단으로서, 상기 밀봉링(17; 34; 51; 64, 64')과 외주면(19; 39; 47'; 69)사이에 작용되는 가압하에서 그 예각에 상응하는 밀봉에지(25; 40; 51'; 70)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉장치.

- 제1항에 있어서, 무압력상태에서 상기 그루브(21; 36; 50; 67)의 저압측부는 반대측으로 놓여 방사상으로 되어 있는 제1 밀봉링표면(20)에 대하여 예각(α)을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 무압력 상태에서 상기 제2 밀봉링 표면(22)은 상기 그루브(16)의 고압측부(23)와 함께 예각(β)을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉장치.
- 제3항 또는 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 예각(α)은 10°내지 30°의 각도이며, 상기 예각(β)은 20°내지 40°의 각도임을 특징으로 하는 밀봉장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 무압력 상태에서 상기 그루브(21; 36; 50; 67)의 저압측부는 반대측으로 놓여 방사상으로 되어 있는 제1 밀봉링표면(20)에 대하여 예각(α)을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 무압력 상태에서 상기 제2 밀봉링 표면(22)은 상기 그루브(16)의 고압측부(23)와 함께 예각(β)을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉장치.
- 제6항 또는 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 예각(α)은 10°내지 30°의 각도이며, 상기 예각(β)은 20°내지 40°의 각도임을 특징으로 하는 밀봉장치.
