Claims (4)
- 한쪽의 클러치(C)를 개방하고 또한 다른 쪽의 클러치(B)를 결합함으로서 기계식 동력전달경로 사이를 변환해서 시프트다운하는 것을 달성하여 이루어지는 동력전달장치의 유압리타더변속방법에 있어서, 유압리타더제동시에 상기한 시프트다운시킬 때는 그 시프트다운 중은 상기한 유압리타더제동을 약하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동력전달장치의 유랍리타더변속방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 클러치(B)의 초기 결합력을 유압리타더비제동시의 시프트다운 중의 그 클러치(B)의 초기 결합력보다도 높이는 것을 특징으로 하는 동력전달장치의 유압리타더변속방법.
- 유압식 동력전달경로중의 유압펌프의 릴리프유압을 사용한 리타더제동시에 한쪽의 클러치(B)를 개방하고 또한 다른 쪽의 클러치(A)를 결합함으로서 기계식 동력전달경로에서 상기한 유압식 동력전달경로로 변환해서 시프트다운하는 것을 달성하여 이루어지는 동력전달장치의 유압리타더변속방법에 있어서, 상기한 리타더제동시에 시프트다운시킬 때는 그 시프트다운 중에 상기한 리타더제동으로부터 유압식 동력전달경로중의 유압모터의 릴리프유압을 사용한 리타더제 동으로 변환하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동력전달장치의 유압리타더변속방법.
- 유압액추에이터로의 오일을 단속하는 변환밸브의 전후압을 입력하고, 이들 전후차압이 일정하게 되도록 유압펌프의 토출량을 제어하는 제어밸브를 설치한 유압회로를 구비하여 이루어지는 동력전달장치에 있어서, 상기한 제어밸브로의 전후압 입력회로 사이에 리타더구동신호를 압력했을 때 상기한 입력회로 사이를 연결시키는 개폐밸브를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 동력전달장치의 유압리타더장치.
