Claims (11)
- 미분쇄 석고플라스터 조성물 총중량을 기준으로 하여 석고 10∼90wt%를 포함하는 미분쇄 석고 플라스터 조성물(pulverulent gypsum plaster composition)에, a) 그 조성물의 총중량을 기준으로 하고, 수중에서 재분산시키 수 있으며, 에틸렌 및 C5-C15-모노카르복실산의 비닐에스테르를 가진 비닐아세테이트 코폴리머, 탄소원자 1∼18개를 가진 알코올의 아크릴에스테르를 가진 스티렌 코폴리며, 에틸렌 및 C2-C15-모노카르복실산의 비닐에스테르를 가진 크로라이드 코폴리머를 기재로 하는 하나 또는 그 이사의 분산분말 1.0∼15.0wt%와, b) 그 조성물의 총중량을 기준으로 하고, 폴리아크릴산 및 그 염, 스멕타이트(smectites), 벤토나이트(bentonites), 카르복시메틸셀룰로오스, 멜라민-포름알데히드 축합물로 구성되는 그룹에서 하나 또는 그 이상의 요변성 첨가제(thixotropic additives) 0.05∼5.0wt%의 혼합물을 첨가시켜 구성함을 특징으로 하는 석고의 방수가공방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수중에서 재분산시킬 수 있는 폴리머는 에틸렌단위 20∼50wt% 함유 비닐아세테이트-에틸렌 코폴리머, 비닐라우레이트단위 1~40wt%와 α-분기 C5-C10-모노카르복실산의 비닐에스테르단위 50∼95wt% 및 선택적으로 에틸렌 단위 5~40wt%를 포함하는 비닐 아세테이트 코폴리머, 비닐라우레이트단위 또는 α-분기 C5-C15-모노카르복실산의 비닐에스테르단위 단위 70∼95wt% 함유 비닐아세테이트 코폴리머; n-부틸 아크릴레이트 또는 2-에틸 헥실 아크릴레이트단위 40-60wt% 함유 스티렌 코폴리머, 에틸렌 함량 10∼40wt% 를 가진 비닐클로라이드-에틸린 코폴리머, 에틸렌 단위 10-40wt% 와 비닐 라우레이트단위 또는 α-분기 C5-C15-모노카르복실산의 비닐에스테르의 단위 5∼40wt% 함유 비닐클로라이드 코폴리머를 기재로 하는 것이 바람직하는 폴리머임을 특징으로하는 석고의 방수가공방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수중에서 재분산시키 수 있는 폴리머는 비닐 라우레이트 단위 1∼40wt% 와 α-분기 C9-C10-모노카르복실산의 비닐 에스테르단위단위 1∼30wt%를 포함하는 비닐아세테이트 코폴리머, α-분기 C9-C10-모노카르복실산의 비닐에스테르 단위 70∼95wt%를 포함하는 비닐아세테이트 코폴리머, 에틸렌 단위 10-40wt%와 비닐 라우레이트단위 5∼40wt% 포함하는 비닐 클로라이드 코폴리머를 기재로 한 폴리머임을 특징으로 하는 석고의 방수가공방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 그 요변성 첨가제는 고분자량을 가진 아크릴산의 호모폴리머와 코폴리머, 이들의 알칼리금속 및 암모늄염; 스멕타이트(smectites)(마그네슘 시트실리케이트), 유기변성 스멕타이트, 벤토나이트(알루미늄시트실리케이트), 몬트모릴로나이트(montmorillonites)등의 수평윤성시트실리케이트(water-swellable sheet silicates); 카르복시메틸셀룰로오스; 수용성 멜라민-포름알데히드 축합물임을 특징으로 하는 석고의 방수가공방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 그 요변성 첨가제는 유기변성 스멕타이트 및 벤토나이트임을 특징으로 하는 석고의 방수가공방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 그 석고 플라스터는 α- 및 β-칼슘설페이트반수화물(CaSO4. 1/2H2O), 플루오링 플라스터(flooring plaster), 킨 시멘트(keen's cement), 경석고(an hydrite) 또는 배연탈황(flus gas desulfurization)에서 생성된 칼슘 설페이트임을 특징으로 사는 석고의 방수가공방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 그 성분(a) 및 (b)는 석고 플라스터는 또는 다른 성분 또는 첨가제와 함께 혼합하여 균질화 시킴을 특징으로 하는 석고의 방수가공방법.
- 제1항에 의해 제조된 석고 플라스터의 조성물로 구성되는 초벌바르기시공 또는 스턱코시공(stuccowork)용 석고 모르타르(plaster martar).
- 제1항에 의해 제조된 석고 플라스터의 조성물로 구성되는 플라스터 보오드(plaster boards).
- 석고의 방수가공용으로 a) 수중에서 재분산시킬 수 있고, 에틸렌 및 C5-C15-모노카르복실산의 비닐에스테르를 가진 비닐아세테이트 코폴리머, 탄소원자 1∼18개의 알코올의 아크릴에스테르를 가진 스티렌 코폴리머, 에틸렌 및 C2-C15-모노카르복실산의 비닐에스테르를 가진 크로라이드 코폴리머를 기재로 하는 하나 또는 그 이사의 분산분말과 b) 폴리아크릴산 및 그 염, 스멕타이트(smectites), 벤토나이트(bentonites), 카르복시메틸셀룰로오스, 멜라민-포름알데히드 축합물로 구성되는 그룹에서 하나 또는 그 이상의 요변성 첨가제의 혼합물의 사용.
- 제1항에 의해 제조된 석고 플라스터 조성물로 구성되는 플라스터 몰드(plaster molds).
