Claims (4)
- 적어도 하나의 댐퍼플레이트(4)의 양측에 축방향으로 배치된 2개의 가이드링(11)(11')을 포함하고, 상기 가이드링은 댐퍼플레이트와 동축상에 위치하는 것으로, 제1마찰수단(22)및 제1원주방향작용 탄성수단(12)의 작용력을 극복하고 제한된 각운동범위내에서 상기 댐퍼플레이트에 대하여 상대적으로 회전운동할수 있으며, 상기 댐퍼플레이트(4)와 상기 가이드링(11)(11')에 의해 둘러싸인 허브(3)를 포함하고, 상기 허브는 댐퍼플레이트(4)와 동축상에 위치하는 것으로, 제1마찰수단(5)및 제2원주방향작용 탄성수단(8)의 작용력을 극복하고 제한된 각운동범위내에서 상기 댐퍼플레이트에 대하여 상대적으로 회전운동할수 있으며, 상기 제1및 제2의 마찰수단(22)(5)은 각각 마찰링(18)(19)을 구비하고, 상기 양자의 마찰링은 상기 가이드링중 하나(11)와 상기 댐퍼플레이트(4)사이에 축방향으로 배치되는 것으로, 조립체의 중심축에 대하여 중심이 맞춰져 있고, 상기 제1마찰수단(22)의 상기 마찰링(18)은 상기 제2마찰수단(5)의 마찰링(19)을 둘러싸고, 상기 마찰링(18)(19)중 적어도 하나는 대응가이드링(11)과 함께 회전할수 있도록 그것과 결합된, 특히 자동차용 마찰클러치의 클러치판에 사용되는 토오션 댐핑장치에 있어서, 상기 마찰링(18)(19)중 하나와 이 마찰링에 연결되는 상기 댐퍼플레이트(4)및 상기 가이드링(11)또는 (11')으로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 요소사이에는 당접수단(24)이 배치되고, 상기 2개의 마찰링(18)(19)사이에는 축방향보유수단(25)이 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 토오션댐핑장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 당접수단(24)이 대응마찰링(18)또는 (19)로 부터 돌출되어 반경방향으로 탄성변형가능한 제1핑거(28)를 포함하고, 상기 각각의 핑거는 후크(29)를 구비한 것으로, 상기 요소에 형성된 구멍(27)를 통하여 연장됨으로써, 간극의 소멸후 그것의 후크가 상기 요소와 계합할수 있도록 된것을 특징으로 하는 토오션 댐핑장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1마찰수단(22)의 상기 마찰링(18)이, 반경방향으로 탄성변형가능하고 후크(29')를 가지는 보조핑거(28')를 포함하고, 상기 보조핑거는 상기 핑거(28)와 반대방향으로 축방향으로 배향됨으로써, 당해보조핑거가 상기 요소의 구멍(27)에 삽입되어 간극이 소멸된 후, 상기 제1핑거(28)를 가지지 않는 상기 그룹의 요소와 보조핑거의 후크가 계합하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 토오션 댐핑장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 축방향 보유수단(25)이 반경방향으로 배향된 숄더(36)를 포함하고, 상기 숄더는 적당한 가이드링(11)또는(11')이나 댐퍼플레이트(4)를 향하는 것으로, 마찰링(18)(19)에 달려 있고, 다른 하나의 마찰링은 상기 숄더(36)와 협동하도록 된 당접면(37)을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 토오션 댐핑장치.
