Abstract
Description
Claims (12)
- (a) 중합체 지지체 및 (b) 안티몬, 알루미늄, 크롬, 코발트, 구리, 인듐, 철, 납, 망간, 주석, 티탄, 텅스텐, 아연 및 지르코늄으로 구성된 군중에서 선택된 하나이상의 금속으로 도핑된 이산화 규소의 유리질 코우팅으로 구성되며, 이때 상기 코우팅물 및 그들내에 함유된 금속 도펀트가 코우팅 처리된 구조물을 통한 산소투과값 최대한 약 5ml/일-m2-atm을 제공하기에 적합한 양으로 중합하는 보다 우수한 차단성을 갖는 구조물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 금속 도펀트의 양이 상기 유리질 코우팅물에 대한 산소 투과값 최대한 약 3000×10-6ml-mm/일-m2-atm을 제공하기에 적합한 구조물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유리질 코우팅물의 두께가 약 20- 약 500nm인 구조물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이산화 규소의 유리질 코우팅물이 구리, 크롬, 망간, 주석, 및 아연으로 구성된 군 중에서 선택된 금속으로 도우핑된 구조물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 금속이 구리인 구조물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 금속이 주석인 구조물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 도펀트 금속의 양이 상기 유리질 코우팅물의 광학 밀도가 550nm에서 약 70% 이상의 광학 투과율을 보유할 만큼 충분히 낮은 구조물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 원소 금속으로 계산된 도펀트 금속의 양이 유리질 코우팅의 약 0.5-약 30중량%인 구조물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합체 지지체가 평균 거칠기 높이 약 50나노미터 이하이도록 하는 표면 평활성을 갖는 구조물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합체 지지체가 폴리에스테르 또는 폴리아미드의 필름인 구조물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르가 연신된 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트인 구조물.
- 제1항에 있어서, SiO의 층이 상기 중합체 지지체 및 상기 이산화 규소 코오팅간에 존재하는 구조물.
