Claims (2)
- 연소팬에서 버너로의 송풍량을 검출하는 풍량센서와, 상기 풍량센서에 의하여 검출된 연소팬의 송풍량을 상기 버너의 필요 연소량을 얻기 위한 설정풍량에 일치시키기 위하여 상기 연소팬의 회전수를 제어하는 팬제어수단을 구비한 연소장치에 있어서, 상기 풍량센서는 상기 연소팬에서 버너로의 송풍통로에 배치된 풍량검출용 발열체 및 온도보상용 저항을 포함하는 브리지회로에서 상기 연소팬의 송풍량에 따른 신호를 출력하는 열선식 풍량센서로 구성되고, 상기 풍량센서의 작동시에 상기 온도보상용 저항의 저항값의 변화에 따라서 송풍온도를 검출하는 온도검출수단과, 상기 온도검출수단에 의하여 검출된 송풍온도에 따라서 상기 설정풍량을 보정하는 보정수단을 구비하고 있으며,상기 보정수단은 상기 버너의 필요 연소량에 대응한 산소량이 상기 연소팬에서 버너로 송풍되는 공기중에 포함되도록 상기 설정풍량을 보정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연소장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 설정풍량은 미리 정하여진 소정의 송풍온도에 있어서 상기 버너의 필요 연소량을 얻기 위한 송풍량이고, 상기 보정수단은 상기 소정의 송풍온도의 절대온도(T0)와 상기 온도검출수단에 의하여 검출된 송풍온도의 절대온도(T)의 비의 값(T/T0)을 상기 설정풍량에 곱함으로써 상기 설정풍량을 보정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연소장치.
