Claims (2)
- 배터리 전압(Vbatt)이 인가되는 비반전 입력 단자를 갖고, 상기 배터리 전압의 감소가 시작될 때 상기 배터리 전압의 감소율에 비해 상대적으로 더 높은 감소율을 갖는 출력 신호(Vout)를 제공하는 연산 증폭기와; 상기 연산 증폭기의 반전 입력 단자에 제1 단자가 연결되고 상기 연산 증폭기의 출력 단자에 제2 단자가 연결되며, 상기 연산 증폭기의 상기 출력 단자 및 상기 반전 입력 단자의 전압 크기에 따라서 온/오프되는 스위치 수단과; 상기 스위치 수단의 상기 제1 단자에 두 전극들 중 제1 전극이 연결되고 제2 전극이 접지되는 제1 커패시터와; 정 및 부전극들을 갖되, 상기 부전극은 상기 다이오드의 상기 애노우드 전극에 연결되며, 가변 가능한 출력 전압을 갖는 전압 공급부와; 상기 스위치 수단에 병렬로 연결되되, 두 전극들 중 제1 전극이 상기 상기 스위치 수단의 상기 제1 단자와 연결되고 제2 전극이 상기 스위치 수단의 상기 제2 단자와 연결되는 제2 커패시터와; 상기 전압 공급부의 상기 정전극에 연결되는, 비반전 입력 단자와 상기 제1 커패시터의 상기 제1 전극에 연결되는 반전 입력 단자 및 세류 충전 모드 변환단에 연결되는 출력 단자를 갖는 비교기를 포함하는 충전 가능한 배터리의 충전 모드 변환 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스위치 수단은 다이오드를 포함하는 충전 가능한 배터리의 충전 모드 변환 회로.
