Claims (1)
- 레이디얼형 전기도금설비로 전기도금강판을 제조하는데 있어서, 각 도금조(11) 마다 강판(1)과 전도롤(2)의 접촉이 시작되는 쪽에 전도성 용액 분사노즐(13)을 설치하여 이 노즐을 통해 여과된 도금용액이나 물보다 전도성이 우수한 염산 0.5-3.5wt%, 염화칼륨 3-40wt%, 염화암모늄 3-40wt% 또는 염화나트륨 4-50wt% 수용액을 전도롤(2)에 뿌려 주고, 전도롤(2)과 강판(1)이 분리되는 쪽에는 물 분사노즐(14)을 설치하여 이 노즐을 통해 물을 강판(1)에 분사하여 수세하는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이디얼형 전기도금공정에서 아아크스폿 방지방법.
