Abstract
Description
Claims (7)
- 연소기라이너내에 형성되는 연소실을 연소기라이너 두부측의 제1단연소역과 이 연소역 하류측의 제2단연소역으로 구획하고, 상기 제1단연소역에 제1단연료를 분사하는 제1단연료 공급수단과 제2단연소역에 연료희박상태로 예비혼합된 제2단연료를 분사시키는 제2단연료 공급수단을 각각 구비한 가스터빈연소기에 있어서 상기 제1단연료 공급수단은 제1단연료를 공급하는 제1단연료노즐을 확산연소용노즐과 예비혼합연소용노즐을 조합해서 구성하고, 상기 예비혼합연소용노즐을 제1단연료와 공기를 예비혼합시키는 예비혼합부를 도중에 구비하고, 이 예비혼합부는 예비혼합류가 축류로 되도록 상류측 보다 하류측의 지름을 작게 설정한 것을 특징으로 하는 가스터빈연소기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1단연료노즐은 중앙에 확산연소용노즐이 이 확산연소용노즐을 둘러싸고, 예비혼합연소용 노즐이 각각 설비된 파일롯연료노즐인 가스터빈연소기.
- 제1 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1단연료노즐의 확산연소용노즐은 중심부에 축방향으로 뻗는 연료통로부가 이 연료통로부의 외주에 공기통로부가 각각 형성되고, 공기통로부의 제1단연소역측에 공기에 선회를 부여하는 스왈라와 연료통로부로 부터의 분사출구를 설비한 가스터빈연소기.
- 제3항에 있어서 상기 제1단연료노즐의 확산연소용노즐에 형성되는 연료통로부는 대유량의 제1단연료를 공급가능한 제1연료통로부와 전연료유량에 대해서 수% 정도의 소유량의 제1단연료를 공급가능한 제2연료통로부가 각각 독립적으로 설비된 가스터빈연소기.
- 제1또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1단연료노즐의 예비혼합연소용노즐은 확산연소용노즐을 둘러싸고 애뉼러상의 공기통로부를 형성하고, 이 공기통로부는 입구측에 공기를 선회시키는 스왈라를 도중에 공기와 연료를 예비혼합시키는 예비혼합부를 설비한 가스터빈연소기.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제1단연료노즐의 예비혼합연소용 노즐은 애뉼러상공기 통로부에 연료를 분출시키는 연료분출구를 스왈라의 상류측 및 하류측의 적어도 한쪽에 설비한 가스터빈연소기.
- 제6항에 있어서, 예비혼합연소용노즐용 노즐의 연료분출구는 애뉼러상의 공기통로부에 방사상으로 돌출하는 복수의 돌기부를 각각 설비한 가스터빈연소기.
