Claims (5)
- 아연합금분말과 겔화제 및 알칼리전해액을 함유하는 겔상부극을 구비한 알칼리전지에 있어서, 상기 겔화제로서 25℃에 있어서의 0.5중량%수용액분산점도가 15,000cps 이상이고, 또한 그입자직경이 100∼900미크론을 주로한 가교폴리아크릴산염형 흡수성 폴리머와, 25℃에 있어서의 0.5중량%수용액분산점도가 15,000cps이고, 또한 그 입자직경이 100미크론이하를 주로한 가교분기형 폴리아크릴산 또는 그 염류와, 25℃에 있어서의 0.5중량%수용액분산점도가 15,000cps 이상이고 또한 입자직경이 100∼900미크론을 주로한 과립상가교분기형 폴리아크릴산 또는 그 염류의 3종류를 주로 병용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알칼리전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 가교폴리아크릴산염형 흡수성폴리머의 첨가농도(X)가 알칼리전해액에 대해서 0.25중량%X3.0중량%, 가교분기형 폴리아크릴산 또는 그 염류의 첨가농도(Y)가 0.1중량%Y1.0중량%, 과립상가교분기형 폴리아크릴산 또는 그 염류의 첨가농도(Z)가 0.1중량%Z2.0중량%의 범위이고 또 각각의 겔화제의 첨가농도의 총계(T)가 알칼리전해액에 대해서 1.50중량% < T4.0중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 알칼리전지.
- 아연합금분말과 겔화제 및 알칼리전해액을 함유하는 겔상부극을 구비한 알칼리전지에 있어서, 상기 겔화제로서 25℃에 있어서의 0.5중량%수용액분산점도가 15,000cps 이상이고, 또한 그입자직경이 100∼900미크론을 주로한 가교폴리아크릴산염형 흡수성 폴리머와, 25℃에 있어서의 0.5중량%수용액분산점도가 15,000cps이상이고, 또한 그 입자직경이 100미크론이하를 주로한 가교분기형 폴리아크릴산 또는 그 염류와, 25℃에 있어서의 0.5중량%수용액분산점도가 15,000cps 이상이고 또한 입자직경이 100∼900미크론을 주로한 과립상가교분기형 폴리아크릴산 또는 그 염류의 3종류를 주로 병용하고, 또 상기 겔상부극에 인듐, 주석, 비스무트중에서 선택되는 금속의 산화물, 수산화물, 황화물의 적어도 1종류를 함유한 것을 특징으로 하는 알칼리전지.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 가교폴리아크릴산염형 흡수성폴리머의 첨가농도(X)가 알칼리전해액에 대해서 0.25중량%X3.0중량%, 가교분기형 폴리아크릴산 또는 그 염류의 첨가농도(Y)가 0.1중량%Y1.0중량%, 과립상가교분기형 폴리아크릴산 또는 그 염류의 첨가농도(Z)가 0.1중량%Z2.0중량%의 범위이고 또 각각의 겔화제의 첨가농도의 총계(T)가 알칼리전해액에 대해서 1.50중량% < T4.0중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 알칼리전지.
- 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 인듐, 주석, 비스무트중에서 선택되는 금속의 산화물, 수산화물, 황화물의 적어도 1종의 첨가농도가, 아연합금분말에 대해서 0.005∼1.0중량%의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 알칼리전지.
