Claims (10)
- 지글러-나타 촉매에 의한 에틸렌 중합체의 제조방법에 있어서, 전이금속 Ti, V 등을 사용하고 Mg을 포함하는 화합물을 사용하여 제조된 촉매, 또는 상기 화합물을 무기산화물에 지지시켜 제조한 촉매를 중합에 사용하고, 일반식 AlXp(OR)q(H)r또는 AlXp(R)q(H)r(여기서 X는 할로겐, R은 탄소수 1 내지 15개의 지방족 또는 방향족 탄화수소, p+q+r=3인 정수이다.)으로 표시되는 알루미늄 화합물중 디이소부틸 알루미늄하이드라이드와 적어도 다른 하나의 알루미늄 화합물을 공촉매로 사용하고, 동시에 제3의 성분으로 탄소수 2 내지 10개의 요오드화 탄화수소 화합물을 상기 촉매에 포함되어 있는 Ti에 대하여 요오드/Ti의 비율이 0.5 내지 100으로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌 중합체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알루미늄 화합물에서 할로겐이 Cl, Br, I 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 하나가 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌 중합체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알루미늄 화합물중 하나가 트리에틸알루미늄인 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌 중합체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알루미늄 화합물의 사용량이 촉매에 포함되어 있는 Ti에 대하여 Al/Ti의 비율이 5 내지 500인 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌 중합체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무기 산화물이 실리카인 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌 중합체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합 반응이 슬러리상 또는 기상반응인 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌 중합체의 제조방법.
- 제1항의 방법으로 제조된 에틸렌 중합체.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 중합체의 정상하중 용융지수가 0.08 내지 30g/10분인 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌 중합체.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 중합체의 고하중 용융지수가 2.0 내지 1.350g/10분인 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌 중합체.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 중합체의 용융물 유량비가 27 내지 40인것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌 중합체.
