Claims (10)
- 하부 기판에 형성된 패드 보강층과, 상기한 패드 보강층 위에 형성되는 액티브 폴리와, 상기한 액티브 폴리위에 형성되는 게이트 전극과, 액티브 폴리와 게이트 전극 사이의 게이트 절연막과, 알루미늄(Al), 크롬(Cr), 탄탈(Ta) 등으로 구성되는 금속 전극과, 각 전극 또는 충돌 사이의 절연을 위해 형성하는 층간 절연막과, 상기한 소자들을 보호하기 위한 보호막과, 액정에 전계를 형성하기 위해 ITO 등으로 구성하는 화소 전극과, 블랙 매트릭스가 형성된 상부 기판으로 구성된 액정 표시장치에 있어서, 상기한 보호막과 상기한 화소 전극위에 형성되는 절연 층과, 상기한 절연 층 위에 형성되는 금속 층을 더 포함하여 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 절연층은 상기한 보호막을 구성하는 물질로 형성함을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 절연 층은 상기한 층간 절연막을 구성하는 물질로 형성함을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 금속 층은 상기한 화소 전극을 구성하는 물질로 형성함을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시장치.
- 상기한 금속 층은 상기한 금속 전극을 구성하는 물질로 형성함을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 금속 층은 상기한 블랙 매트릭스를 구성하는 물질로 형성함을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 금속 층을 불투명 금속 물질로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기한 블랙 매트릭스를 상기한 상부기판에 형성하지 않고 상기한 금속 층을 블랙 매트릭스로 사용함을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 절연 층에 컨택트 홀을 형성하는 상기한 금속 층과 상기한 화소 전극이 서로 연결되도록 구성함을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 금속 층은 상기한 화소 전극 사이에 형성되는 화소 주변부 위에 형성함을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시장치.
