Claims (9)
- 오발단면의 다수의 파이프들을 포함하는 열교환요소의 망(network)를 가지는 열 교환기에 있어서, 오발파이프들의 단부부분을 수용하기 위한 다수의 개구부를 구비한 단부판과, 각 오발파이프들의 단부부분들을 싸도록 판개구부의 변부주위를 돌출하는 씰링칼라를 가지는 다수의 씰링요소를 포함하고, 전술한 단부부분이 팽창되어 전술한 씰링요소에 의해 전술한 단부판과 단단한 연결을 구비하며, 오발파이프들의 중간부분의 최대직경은 팽창된 파이프단부부분의 최대 직경보다 크고, 중간파이프부분의 최대와 최소직경의 비율은 파이프단부부분의 최대와 최소직경의 비율보다 크며, 단부판에서의 개구부들은 팽창된 파이프단부부분의 형상에 맞도록 오발형이고, 중간파이프부분의 최대와 최소직경의 비율은 2.5 : 1에서 8 : 1이고 파이프단부부분의 최대와 최소직경의 비율은 1.2 : 1에서 3 : 1임을 포함하는 열 교환기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전술한 파이프단부부분이 외부로부터 전술한 단부부분의 중앙축을 향하여 공급되는 압력에 의해 예비성형되어 이후 파이프단부부분의 직경의 전술한 비율이 파이프의 내측으로부터 파이프단부부분을 팽창시킴에 의해 조절되는 열 교환기.
- 제1항에 따른 열 교환기를 제조하기 위해, 오발단면의 다수의 열교환 파이프들의 단부부분들에 단부판을 액-봉장착(liquid-tight mounting)하는 방법에 있어서, 단면이 전술한 파이프들의 단면보다 작은 다수의 오발형 개구부를 가진 단부판을 구비하고, 전술한 개구부들 속으로 각 개구부들의 변부를 따라 연장하는 씰링요소들의 씰링칼라를 삽입하고, 각 파이프들의 단부부분들을 큰 직경의 방향으로 외부압력을 공급함에 의해 예비성형하여 그의 최대직경을 줄이고 최소직경을 증가시키며, 예비성형된 단부부분을 씰링칼라내의 통로를 통하여 부여된 개구부들 속으로 삽입하는 과정들을 포함하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 예비성형된 파이프단부부분의 단면이 원형이 아닌 형상이고 씰링칼라의 통로의 가로단면이 예비성형된 파이프단부부분의 가로단면을 약간의 틈을 가질 정도로 큼을 포함하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 각 오발형 파이프들의 중앙부부분의 최소직경에 대한 최대직경의 비율이 적어도 2.5 : 1이고 또 전술한 개구부의 파이프단부부분을 내측으로부터 팽창시켜 전술한 씰링칼라를 부여된 개구부의 변부에 압착함에 의해 액-봉씨일(liquid-proof seal)을 얻고, 팽창된 파이프단부부분의 최소직경 대 최대직경의 비율은 1.2 : 1에서 3 : 1임을 포함하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 전술한 파이프단부부분의 팽창이 두 단계로 실시되는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 전술한 팽창단계의 각각이 두 단계로 실시되고 여기서, 파이프단부부분들의 최소직경의 방향으로의 팽창이 최소직경의 방향으로의 파이프단부부분의 팽창전에 완성되는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 파이프단부부분의 팽창이 축방향으로 단부부분속으로 삽입되는 맨드릴에 의해 실시되고, 전술한 맨드릴이 파이프단부부분이 미리 성형된 최대직경을 만들기 위한 선단구역과 파이프부분의 미리 예정된 작은 직경을 만들기 위한 후방구역을 가지는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 전술한 맨드릴이 파이프단부부분과 파이프의 중간부분사이의 전이구역의 변형을 방지하기 위해 엣지-형(edge-like)의 돌출하는 팁부분을 가지는 방법.
