Claims (12)
- 가속시에 연료분사시기를 운전상태에 따라서 진각하는 진각제어장치를 구비한 디이젤 엔진의 매연저감장치에 있어서, 자유가속을 검출하는 수단과 자유가속이 검출될 때, 진각제어장치에 의한 연료분사시기의 진각을 완화하는 댐핑제어수단등을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 디이젤 엔진의 매연저감장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 댐핑제어수단은 운전상태에 따라서 연료분사시기 제어량의 목표치, 즉 TPS 목표치를 연산출력하는 TPS연산수단과, 연료분사시기 제어량 댐프목표치, 즉 TPS 목표치를 연산 출력하는 댐핑수단과, 가속상태에 따라서 TPS 목표치, TPS 댐프목표치중의 한가지를 선택하여 선택한 값을 최종적인 TPS 목표치로서 출력하는 선택수단 등을 구비하여 TPS의 출력신호가 최종적인 TPS 목표치에 일치하도록 피이드백 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디이젤 엔진의 매연저감장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 선택수단은 자유가속 검출수단에 의하여 통상의 가속이 검출될 때에는 TPS 목표치를 선택하고, 자유가속이 검출될 때에는 TPS 댐프목표치를 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디이젤 엔진의 매연저감장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 선택수단은 자유가속이 검출될 때에는 댐핑플러그를 켜고, 통상의 가속이 검출될 때에는 댐핑플러그를 끄는 플러그수단을 구비하여 플러그의 켠다, 끈다에 따라서 TPS 목표치, TPS 댐프목표치중의 한가지를 출력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디이젤 엔진의 매연저감장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 운전상태는 엔진회전수와 가속개방을 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 디이젤 엔진의 매연저감장치.
- 가속시에 EGR 률을 운전상태에 따라서 증가시키는 EGR 제어장치를 구비한 디이젤 엔진의 매연저감장치에 있어서, 자유가속을 검출하는 수단과, 자유가속이 검출될 때, EGR 제어장치에 의한 EGR 률의 증가를 완화하는 댐핑제어수단등을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 디이젤 엔진의 매연저감장치.
- 가속시에 연료분사시기를 진각하는 진각제어장치를 구비한 디이젤 엔진의 스모그 저감방법에 있어서, 운전상태의 데이터를 입력하고 운전상태의 데이터에 따라서 TPS 목표치를 연산하여 자유가속상태에 있는지 어떤지를 검출하고, 연료분사시기의 진각을 완화하기 위한 TPS 댐프목표치중의 한가지를 선택하여 선택된 값을 댐핑제어를 실행하기 위한 최종적인 TPS 목표치로서 출력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디이젤 엔진의 스모그 저감방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 자유가속에 있을 때에는 댐핑플러그를 ON 상태로 하고, 자유가속에 있지 않을 때에는 댐핑플러그를 OFF 상태로 하는 스텝을 더욱 구비하여 댐핑플러그가 ON 상에 있을 때에는 최종적인 TPS 목표치로서 TPS 목표치를 선택하며, 댐핑플러그가 OFF 상태에 있을 때에는 최종적인 TPS 목표치로서 TPS 댐프목표치를 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디이젤 엔진의 스모그 저감방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 댐핑플러그가 오프상태에 있을 때, 다음의 모든 조건이 만족되는지 아닌지를 판단하여,a)엔진회전수(N) ≤ 소정의 상용 상한 회전수(N_D)b) 전주기의 TPS 목표치 (TPS_Sn-1) 소정의 제 2 댐프 목표치 전환 최소한계 (TPS_DH)c) 가속개방 변화량 (△A) 소정의 가속 변화량 최소한계치 (△A_D)d) 엔진회전수 변화량 (△N) 소정의 엔진회전수 변화량 최소한계치 (△N_D)e) TPS 목표치 변화량 (△TPS_S) ≥ 소정의 제 1 댐프목표치 진각률 (K1)댐핑 진각률이 ON 상태에 있을 때, 다음의 조건이 만족되는지 아닌지를 판단하여,f) 엔진회전수 (N) 전술한 상용 상한회전수 (N_D)g) 앞주기의 TPS 댐프목표치 (TPS_Dn-1) ≥ 제 2 댐프목표치 전환 최소한계치 (TPS_DH)h) 현주기의 TPS 댐프목표치 (TPS_Dn) ≥ 현주기의 TPS 목표치 (TPS_Sn)댐핑플러그가 오프상태에 있을 때, a)에서 e)의 전체조건이 만족되면 자유가속이 개시되었다고 판단하며, 댐핑플러그가 ON 상태에 있을 때, f)에서 h)의 전체조건이 만족되면, 자유가속이 해소하였다고 판단하는 스텝을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 디이젤 엔진의 스모그 저감방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 최종적인 TPS 목표치와 TPS의 피이드백치와의 편차를 연산하고, 편차에 따라서 PID 를 연산하여, PID 연산의 결과에 따라서 연료분사시기를 조정하기 위하여 TPS의 위치를 판단하는 스텝을 또한 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 디이젤 엔진의 스모그 저감방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 운전상태는 엔진회전수와 가속개방을 포함하는 것을 디이젤 엔진의 스모그 저감방법.
- 가속시에 EGR 률을 증가시키는 EGR 제어장치를 구비하는 디이젤 엔진의 스모그 저감방법에 있어서 운전상태의 데이터를 입력하고, 운전상태의 데이터에 따라서 TPS 목표치를 연산하여 자유가속상태에 있는지 어떤지를 검출하고, EGR 률의 증가를 완화하기 위하여 TPS 댐프목표치를 연산하여 운전상태에 따라서 TPS 목표치, TPS 댐프목표치중의 한가지를 선택하며, 선택된 값을 댐핑제어를 실행하기 위한 최종적인 TPS 목표치로서 출력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디이젤 엔진의 스모그 저감방법.
