Claims (5)
- 상면에서 먼 쪽부터 메니스커스렌즈, 제1오목렌즈, 볼록렌즈 및 제2오목렌즈가 차례대로 조합된 전군렌즈부; 및 상기 상면을 향한 면의 곡률반경은 무한대이며 상기 상면에 반대되는 면은 볼록하게 형성된 2매의 평볼록렌즈들로 이루어진 후군렌즈부를 포함하며, 상기 전군렌즈부와 상기 후군렌즈부 사이의 간격을 조절함에 의하여 조출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 투영광학계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전군렌즈부의 상기 메니스커스렌즈 및 상기 제1오목렌즈의 사이의 광경로 상에 상기 제1오목렌즈에 인접되게 설치된 조리개를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투영광학계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 렌즈들이 아래의 조건식을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투영광학계.여기서, f는 상기 투영광학계 전체의 초점거리이며, fback는 상기 후군렌즈부의 뒷초점거리이고, f4는 상기 제2오목렌즈의 초점거리이며, n6은 상기 볼록렌즈의 굴절률이고, n10및 n12각각은 후군렌즈부 각각의 굴절률이고, ν10및 ν12각각은 상기 후군렌즈부 각각의 아베수이고, R1는 상기 메니스커스렌즈의 상기 상면 반대편 구면의 곡률반경이고, R5는 상기 제1오목렌즈의 상기 상면쪽 구면의 곡률반경이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 후군렌즈부의 파워가 전체 광학계의 파워의 0.8배 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 투영광학계.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 투영광학계 전체의 길이와 상기 투영광학계 및 상면간의 거리의 합이 상기 투영광학계의 유효초점거리의 1.3배 미만이고, 주광선과 상기 상면이 이루는 각도가 80°∼100°사이인 것을 특징으로 하는 투영광학계.
