Claims (5)
- 기준전압을 발생하기 위한 디플리션모드 엔모스트랜지스터 부하를 가지는 기준전압 발생부 :전원전압을 소정의 저항비로 분압하여 검출전압을 발생하는 전압검출부 :공정변화에 따른 상기 기준전압의 변동분을 보상하도록 상기 전압검출부의 저항비를 조정하기 위한 저항비 조정수단 :상기 기준전압보다 검출전압이 작은 경우에는 전원전압의 로우상태를 감지한 감지신호를 발생하는 차동증폭기를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 집적회로의 전원전압 감지회로.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 기준전압 발생부는 제 1전원전압단자와 기준전압 출력노드 사이에 소오스와 제 1전원전압이 연결되고 드레인이 게이트에 연결된 피모스트랜지스터와, 상기 기준전압 출력노드와 제 2전원전압단자의 사이에 드레인과 게이트가 연결되고 소오스가 제 2전원전압에 연결된 디플리션모드 엔모스트랜지스터로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 집적회로의 전원전압 감지회로.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 전압검출부는 제 1전원전압단자와 제 2전원전압단자의 사이에 직렬로 연결된 N개의 저항들과, 상기 복수의 저항들의 접속노드와 검출전압 출력노드의 사이에 각각 연결된 N1개의 스위칭소자들로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 집적회로의 전원전압 감지회로.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 저항비 조정수단은 집적회로의 웨이퍼 테스트시에 공정변화에 따른 저항값 보정을 설정하기 위한 설정수단과, 상기 설정된 값을 디코딩하여 상기 N1개의 스위칭소자들을 스위칭제어하는 디코딩수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 집적회로의 전원전압 감지회로.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 설정수단은 제 1전원전압단자와 설정신호 출력단자의 사이에 연결된 풀업 트랜지스터와, 상기 설정신호 출력단자와 제 2전원전압단자의 사이에 연결된 퓨즈소자로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 집적회로의 전원전압 감지회로.
