Claims (3)
- 포오스 코일(force coil)을 구비한 전자력발생장치에 의해 평형기구(balance mechanism)에 작용하는 피측정력에 대항하는 방향의 전자력을 발생함과 동시에 그 전자력과 피측정력과의 평형상태를 변위검출기로 검출하고, 그 아날로그검출신호에 비례, 적분 및 미분연산처리를 한 후, 그 연산후의 신호를 상기 포오스 코일로 피드백하여 상기 평형기구가 평형을 이루게 하고, 그 평형상태에서의 피드백량에 의거하여 상기 피측정력의 측정치를 결정하는 측정기에 있어서, 상기 변위검출기에 의한 아날로그검출신호를 입력하여 비례 및 미분연산을 하는 아날로그연산기와, 상기 아날로그검출신호를 그 크기에 따른 주파수를 갖는 펄스신호로 변환하는 펄스변환수단과, 그 펄스변환수단으로부터의 펄스신호를 상기 아날로그검출신호의 극성에 의거하여 업 또는 다운 카운트입력으로 하는 업다운 카운터와, 그 카운터에 의한 디지탈계수결과를 아날로그신호로 변환하는 D/A변환수단을 구비하고, 이 D/A변환수단의 출력과 상기 아날로그연산기의 출력을 가산한 신호를 상기 포오스 코일로 피드백함과 동시에 측정치의 결정에는 상기 카운터의 계수결과만을 이용하도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자력자동평형형 힘측정기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 평형기구는 피측정하중이 부하되는 측정접시를 포함하는 천칭기구로서, 상기 피측정력은 그 측정접시에 부하되는 피측정하중에 의해 주어지면, 또 상기 측정치는 질량 또는 중량치로 환산된 후에 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자력자동평형형 힘측정기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 평형기구는 피측정유체의 압력이 작용하는 다이어프램과, 그 다이어프램에 연결된 가동 빔을 포함하고, 그 가동 빔의 변위가 상기 변위검출기에 의해 검출됨과 동시에 상기 피측정력은 상기 다이어프램에 작용하는 피측정유체의 압력에 의해 주어지며, 또 상기 측정치는 압력치로 환산된 후에 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자력자동평형형 힘측정기.
