Claims (11)
- 분배형 연료분사펌프로서 엔진과 동기하여 회전되는 회전부재와 이 회전부재의 지름방향으로 설치되어 회전부재에 형성된 압축실의 용적을 가변하는 복수의 플런저와, 회전부재의 주위에 동심형상으로 설치된 캠링과, 복수의 플런저의 기부에 설치된 슈우와, 이 슈우와 캠링 사이에 설치된 로울러를 하우징내에 구비되었고, 압축실로 연통하여 연료를 흡입, 송출, 차단하는 구멍이 회전부재로 형성되어 있어, 하우징내를 연료유입구에서 공급펌프의 상류측에 걸쳐서 형성되는 저압측 연료경로와, 공급펌프에 의하여 가압된 연료가 도입되어서 연료를 흡입, 차단하는 구멍으로 연통할 수 있는 챔버등으로 구획 형성하여 저압측 연료경로에 캠링, 슈우 및 로울러가 배설되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 분배형 연료분사펌프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 연료유입구는 공급펌프보다 챔버측에 있고, 연료유입구와 공급펌프 사이에 형성된 저압측 연료경로에 캠링, 슈우, 로울러가 설치되었고, 챔버는 저압측 연료경로의 도중에 구획 형성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 분배형 연료분사펌프.
- 제2항에 있어서, 연료를 차단하는 구멍에 연통할 수 있는 차단구멍이 적어도 형성되어 있는제어슬리이브와 캠링과 동기하는 링형상의 어댑터가 회전부재에 유밀하게 밖에서 안으로 끼워졌고, 이 어댑터는 저압측 연료경로와 챔버를 구획 형성하는 부재의 일부를 이루고 있으며, 제어슬리이브는 어댑터에 대하여 위상이 고정되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 분배형 연료분사펌프.
- 제3항에 있어서, 연료를 흡입하는 구멍이 어댑터에 의하여 가리워진 회전부재의 부분에 형성되었고, 어댑터는 챔버와 연료를 흡입하는 구멍과의 연통을 가능하게 하는 흡입통로가 형성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 분배형 연료분사펌프.
- 제3항에 있어서, 차단하는 구멍은 회전부재의 표면에서 개구하는 부분이 긴 구멍으로 형성되었고, 그 긴 구멍의 연장설치 방향은 회전부재의 축방향에 대하여 소정의 각도로 경사져 있고, 차단 구멍은 제어슬리이브의 축방향에 대하여 마찬가지로 소정각도로 경사진 긴 구멍으로 형성되어 있으며, 차단하는 구멍과 평행으로 설치되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 분배형 연료분사펌프.
- 제5항에 있어서, 제어슬리이브에는 챔버내의 연료를 압축실에 도입하는 흡입구멍이 형성되었고, 이 흡입구멍은 제어슬리이브의 축방향에 소정각도 경사진 긴 구멍으로 형성되어 있어, 차단하는 구멍과 평행으로 설치되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 분배형 연료분사펌프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 연료유입구는 공급펌프로 보다 구동축측으로 설치되었고, 연료유입구와 공급펌프 사이에 형성되는 저압측 연료경로에 캠링, 슈우, 로울러가 설치되었고, 저압측 연료경로의 챔버가 공급펌프 자체에 의하여 구획되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 분배형 연료분사펌프.
- 제7항에 있어서, 연료를 차단하는 구멍의 개폐 타이밍을 결정하는 제어슬라이브와, 캠링에 연결하여 제어슬리이브에 연결고정되어 있는 어댑터를 구비하였고, 제어슬리이브는 캠링에 대하여 위상이 고정되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 분배형 연료분사펌프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 복수의 플런저는 동일 평면상으로 설치되었고, 캠링의 내면에는 복수의 플런저를 동시에 압축방향으로 이동시키는 캠면이 형성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 분배형 연료분사펌프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 복수의 플런저의 대향하는 위치에 배치되는 각각의 쌍의 플런저는 회전부재의 축방향으로 차이지게 설치하였고, 각각의 쌍의 플런저에 대응하여 배치된 캠링의 내면에는 복수의 플런저를 동시에 압축방향으로 이동시키는 캠면이 형성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 분배형 연료분사펌프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 슈우의 배면과 회전부재 사이에 공간을 설치하여, 이 공간과 저압측 연료경로를 연료유입구측에서 제한부없이 연통시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 분배형 연료분사펌프.
