Claims (7)
- 기관의 크랭크축에 배치된 회전검출용로터와 센서로 되어 있고, 각 기통의 점화주기에 대응한 회전신호를 검출하는 회전검출 수단과,이 회전검출수단으로부터 얻어지는 회전신호에 따라 기관의 연속실화, 간헐실화를 각각 검출하는 연속실화검출수단과 간헐실화검출수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 실화검출장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,연속실화검출수단은, 회전검출용 로터의 동일 세그먼트에 의한 회전주기의 편차에 따라 회전변동율을 연산하는 연산수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 실화검출장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,연산수단은 기관의 상사점 간의 주기인 기통의 회전주기를 Ti, 기통수를 C로 했을 때, 각 기통마다의 주기편차에서 구해지는 회전변동율 SR(i)을[수 1]의 식에 의해 연산하고, 또 이 차분 △SR(i)를△SR(i) =SR(i)-SR(i-C/2)의 식에 의해 연산하는 동시에, 기관의 운전상태에서의 부하 L와 회전수 N의 함수를 f(L,N)로 하고,△SR(i)≥f(L,N)의 실화판정식을 만족시켰을 때 연속실화라고 판정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 실화검출장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,간헐실화검출수단은, 기통의 연소순서에 대응한 회전주기의 편차에 따라 회전변동율을 연산하는 연산수단을 갖고, 또 실화검출의 임계치를 기통마다 연산하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 실화검출장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,연산수단은 기관의 상사점간의 주기인 기통의 회전주기를 Ti, 기통수를 C로 했을 때, 각 기통마다의 주기편차에서 구해지는 회전변동율 Sk(i)를[수 2]의 식에 의해 연산하고 또 회전변동율의 평균치를 Thj(i-1)로 했을 때 실화 판정의 임계치 Thj(i)를Thj(i)=(1-k)·Thj(i-1)+K·Skj(i)단 0〈k〈1j : 어느기통 j의 써픽스의 식에 의해 연산하는 동시에, 기관의 운전상태에서의 부하 L과 회전수 N과의 함수를 g(L,N)로 하고Sk(i)≥Thj(i-1)+g(L,N)의 실화판정식을 만족시켰을 때 간헐실화라고 판정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 실화검출장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,소정의 점화회수 또는 시간의 검출구간내에서 연속실화와 간헐실화를 각각 독립적으로 검출해서, 어느 한쪽에서 소정회수의 실화를 검출했을 때 실화라고 판정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 실화검출장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,소정의 점화회수 또는 시간의 검출구간내에서의 실화기통이 다수인 경우 실화회수가 가장 많은 기통의 실화율이 제 1의 소정치이상이고, 다른 기통의 실화회수의 총화가 제 2의 소정치 이하일 때 이 기통을 실화하고 판정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 실화검출장치.
