Description
Claims (33)
- 쉬트에 화상을 형성하기 위한 화상형성장치에 있어서, 회전하는 엔드레스상의 상담지체와,상기 상담지체에 잠상을 형성하는 상형성수단과, 상기 상담지체에 형성된 잠상을 분체 현상제에 의해서 현상하는 동시에 상기 상담지체의 잔류토너를 회수하는 현상수단과,상기 상당지체의 현상상을 쉬트에 전사하는 전사수단과,상기 전사후의 상담지체에 접촉하고, 상기 상담지체의 잔류물을 분배하기 위한 분배부재와,상기 분배부재에 교류전압을 공급하는 전압공급수단을 갖는 화상형성장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분배부재는 도전성을 갖고, 또 발포체로 된 롤러인 화상형성장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 롤러는 독립된 발포 구멍을 갖는 롤러인 화상형성장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 롤러는 상기 상담지체의 회전방향과 역방향으로 회전되는 화상형성장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 롤러는 상기 상담지체의 주속도의 1.1배에서 1.5배의 범위내의 주속도로 회전되는 화상형성장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 롤러는 상기 상담지체의 회전방향과 역방향으로 회전되는 화상형성장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 롤러는 상기 상담지체의 주속도의 1.1배에서 1.5배의 범위내의 주속도로 회전되는 화상형성장치.
- 제1항에 있어서 상기 전압공급수단은 상기 분배부재에 방전개시 전압이상의 전압을 공급하는 화상형성장치.
- 제8항에 있어서 상기 분배부재는 도전성을 갖고, 또 발포체로 된 롤러인 화상형성장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 롤러는 독립된 발포구멍을 갖는 롤러인 화상형성장치.
- 제9항에 있어서 상기 롤러는 상기 상담지체의 회전방향과 역방향으로 회전되는 화상형성장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 롤러는 상기 상담 지체의 주속도의 1.1배에서 1.5배의 범위내의 주속도로 회전되는 화상형성장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전압공급수단은 상기 분배부재에 150Hz에서 250Hz의 범위 주파수의 교류전압을 공급하는 화상형성장치.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 전압공급수단은 상기 분배부재에 방전개시전압 이상의 전압을 공급하는 화상형성장치.
- 제13항에 있어서 상기 분배부재는 도전성을 갖고, 또 발포체로 된 롤러인 화상형성장치.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 롤러는 독립된 발포구멍을 갖는 롤러인 화상형성장치.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 롤러는 상기 상담지체의 회전방향과 역방향으로 회전되는 화상형성장치.
- 제17항에 있어서 상기 롤러는 상기 상담지체의 주속도의 1.1배에서 1.5배의 범위내의 주속도로 회전되는 화상형성장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분배부재는 선단이 상기 상담지체에 접촉하는 도전성 부재인 화상형성장치.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 도전성 부재는 도전성 브러시로 구성되고,상기 도전성브러시의 상기 상담지체의 접촉 위치에서의 상기 상담지체의 형상에 맞춘 형상을 갖고, 상기 도전성 브러시를 지지하는 지지블록을 더 갖는 화상형성장치.
- 제19항에 있어서 상기 도전성부재는 복수의 상이한 불리적특성의 도전성브러시를 갖는 화상형성장치.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 도전성부재는 각각의 상이한 특성의 교류전압이 공급되는 복수의 도전성 브러시를 갖는 화상형성장치.
- 제19항에 있어서 상기 전압공급수단은 상기 분배부재에 방전개시 전압이상의 전압을 공급하는 화상형성장치.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 전압공급수단은 상기 분배부재에 150Hz에서 250Hz의 범위 주파수의 교류전압을 공급하는 화상형성장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분배부재와 상기 전사수단 사이에 상기 상담지체의 종이가루를 제거하는 종이가루 제거부재를 더 설비한 화상형성장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분배부재와 상기 전사수단과의 사이에 상기 상담지체에 접촉하는 탄성부재를 더 설비한 화상형성장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분배부재의 상기 상형성장치 수단측에 상기 잔류물의 비산방지를 행하기 위한 부재를 더 설비한 화상형성장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전사수단의 전계인쇄를 정지한 후의 소정시간 후에, 상기 분배부재의 교류전압의 인가를 정지하는 제어수단을 더 설비한 화상형성장치.
- 쉬트에 화상을 형성하기 위한 화상형성 장치에 있어서,회전하는 엔드레스상의 상단지체와,상기 상담지체에 잠상을 형성하는 상형성수단과,상기 상담지체에 형성된 잠상을 분체 현상제에 의해서 현상하는 동시에 상기 상담지체의 잔류토너를 회수하는 현상수단과,상기 상담지체의 현상상을 쉬트에 전사하는 전사수단과,상기 전사후의 상담지체에 접촉하고, 상기 상담지체의 잔류물을 분배하기 위한 분배롤러를 갖는 화상형성장치.
- 제29항에 있어서 상기 분배롤러는 도전성을 갖고 또 발포체로 된 롤러인 화상형성장치.
- 제30항에 있어서, 상기 롤러는 독립된 발포구멍을 갖는 롤러인 화상형성장치.
- 제29항에 있어서, 상기 롤러는 상기 상담지체의 회전방향과 역방향으로 회전되는 화상형성장치.
- 제32항에 있어서, 상기 롤러는 상기 상담지체의 주속도의 1.1배에서 1.5배의 범위내의 주속도로 회전되는 화상형성장치.
