Claims (6)
- 오니(7) 통로가 되는 공간을 두고 상호 대향하는 양극(8)과 음극(2)에 직류전원(5)을 접속하고, 상기 공간에 공급된 오니 함유수를 전기침투 작용에 의해 음극(2)의 전극측에서 수집하여 탈수기 외부로 분리배출시키고, 상기 양극(8)의 전극판은 오니(7)에 직접 접촉되고, 탈수기로부터 액체를 배출하기 위한 배출수단이 양극(8)에 제공된 전기침투식 탈수기에 있어서, 상기 배출수단은 이 전극판에 분산 배치되는 물과 가스의 배출공(8a)과, 이 배출공(8a)을 커버하도록 오니(7)에 면하지 않는 상기 전극판측에 밀착배치되는 포상여과재(9)를 구비하며, 상기 포상여과재(9)는 폴리프로필렌으로 만들어진 직조되지 않은 천이고 상기 전극판보다 넓은 것을 특징으로 하는 전기침투식 탈수기.
- 오니(7) 통로가 되는 공간을 두고 상호 대향하는 양극(8)과 음극(2)에 직류전원(5)을 접속하고, 상기 공간에 공급된 오니 함유수를 전기침투 작용에 의해 음극의 전극측에서 수집하여 탈수기 외부로 분리배출시키고, 상기 양극(8)의 전극판은 오니(7)에 직접 접촉되고, 탈수기로부터 액체를 배출하기 위한 배출수단이 양극(8)에 제공된 전기침투식 탈수기에 있어서, 상기 배출수단은 이 전극판에 분산 배치되는 물과 가스의 배출공(8a)을 구비하고, 상기 각 배출공(8a)은 여과재(11)로 채워짐을 특징으로 하는 전기침투식 탈수기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 각 배출공(8a)은 상기 여과재(11)는 지지대(11a)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기침투식 탈수기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 가스와 물을 배출시키는 수단으로서 오니(7)에 면하지 않는 상기 전극판의 이면측에 네트(10)가 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기침투식 탈수기.
- 오니(7) 통로가 되는 공간을 두고 상호 대향하는 양극(8)과 음극(2)에 직류전원(5)을 접속하고, 상기 공간에 공급된 오니 함유수를 전기침투 작용에 의해 음극(2)의 전극측에서 수집하여 탈수기 외부로 분리배출시키고, 상기 양극(8)의 전극판은 오니(7)에 직접 접촉되고, 탈수기로부터 액체를 배출하기 위한 배출수단이 양극(8)에 제공된 전기침두식 탈수기에 있어서, 상기 배출수단은 상극 전극판에 고정된 벨트형 여과재(12)를 구비하고, 상기 벨트형 여과재(12)는 외부로 돌출되는 한쪽단부와 모세관 기능을 가지며, 상기 오니(7)에 점촉하는 면 위의 상기 양극(8)의 전극판의 표면위에 분산배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기침투식 탈수기.
- 오니 통로를 따라 운반되는 오니(7)에 전압을 인가함으로써 오니를 탈수시키는 전기침투식 탈수기에 있어서, 원통형 벽을 갖는 회전드럼(1)과 회전드럼에 대향하는 프레스벨트와, 회전드럼의 원통형벽에 배열되고, 제1면과, 제1면에 대향하는 제2면을 갖는 양극(8)과, 오니(7)통로와 가스배출통로를 연통시키기 위하여 전극내에 배치된 배출수단을 구비하며, 상기 제1면은 상기 프레스벨트와 이격되어 이 프레스벨트와 함께 오니통로를 형성하면서 오니통로에서 오니(7)와 직접 접촉을 유지하고, 상기 제2면은 원통형 벽으로부터 이격되어 이 원통형 벽과 가스배출 통로를 형성하며, 오니통로에서 발생한 가스는 오니통로로부터 가스배출통로로 배출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기침투식 탈수기.
