Claims (10)
- 편심축의 회전에 따라 압축기의 저면부에 저류되어 있는 윤활유를 도입하는 냉각용 윤활유 도입관과, 상기 냉각용 윤활유 도입관을 통해 도입되는 윤활유를 저장하는 오일챔버를 구비한 로터리 압축기의 오일급유장치에 있어서, 상기 냉각용 윤활유 도입관을 선택적으로 폐쇄시키도록 오일챔버내에 윤활유 밸브수단을 배설한 것을 특징으로 하는 로터리 압축기의 오일급유장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 윤활유밸브수단은 상기 냉각용 윤활유 도입관을 폐쇄하는 머리부와, 상기 머리부의 하부면에 고정되어서 상기 냉각용 윤활유 도입관내에 삽입되는 다리부(60b)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 로터리 압축기의 오일급유장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 윤활유 밸브수단의 머리부는 원형으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 로터리 압축기의 오일급유장치.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 윤활유 밸브수단의 머리부는 다리부쪽으로 향함에 따라 직경이 감소하는 테이퍼 형상으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 로터리 압축기의 오일급유장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 냉각용 윤활유 도입관은 그 상부측이 상기 윤활유 밸브수단의 머리부가 밀착되도록 테이퍼 형상으로 이루어진 수용홈이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 로터리 압축기의 오일급유장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 냉각용 윤활유 도입관은 그 둘레에 상기 윤활유 밸브수단의 머리부가 오일챔버의 바닥면에 접촉하였을 경우 윤활유의 누설을 방지하도록 방지부재가 배설되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 로터리 압축기의 오일급유장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 방진부재는 천연고무, 인조고무 또는 플라스틱제중에서 선택된 1종으로 이루어진 0-링인 것을 특징으로 하는 로터리 압축기의 오일급유장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 윤활유 밸브수단의 머리부는 오일챔버내에 도입된 윤활유가 하부로 역류되지 않도록 냉각용 윤활유 도입관의 직경보다 크게 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 로터리 압축기의 오일급유장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 윤활유 밸브수단의 다리부는 원형 또는 직사각형으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 로터리 압축기의 오일급유장치.
- 제1항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 상기 윤활유 도입관에는 윤활유 밸브수단의 상하동시에 좌우 또는 전후 방향으로의 요동을 방지하도록 상기 윤활유 밸브수단의 다리부를 가이드하는 홈이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 로터리 압축기의 오일급유장치.
