Claims (7)
- 석탄재를 칼슘 화합물과 혼합하여 혼합물을 얻게 되는 제 1단계와, 그 혼합물을 성형하여 성형품을 얻게 되는 제 2 단계로 이루어지고, 석탄재는 외견비중이 최소 0.8g/㎤ 이고 평균입경이 5내지 40㎛이며, 석탄재의 알루미늄 함유량은 Al2O3형식으로 35중량%미만이고, 제 1단계에서, 40내지 95중량부의 석탄재를 60내지 5중량부의 칼슘화합물과 혼합하며, 제 2단계 뒤에, 제 2단계에서 얻은 성형품을 고압력 하에 최하 120℃의 온도에서 열수처리하는 제 3단계가 행해지는, 석탄재를 함유하는 응고물을 조제하는 방법.
- 석탄재를 칼슘 화합물과 혼합하여 혼합물을 얻게 되는 제 1단계와, 그 혼합물을 성형하여 성형품을 얻게 되는 제 2단계로 이루어지고, 석탄재는 외견비중이 최소 0.8g/㎤ 이고 평균입경이 5내지 40㎛이며, 석탄재의 알루미늄 함유량은 A1₂O₃형식으로 35중량%미만이고, 제 1단계에서, 40내지 90중량부의 석탄재를 60내지 10중량부의 칼슘 화합물, 발포제와 기포제로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나, 및 물과 혼합하며, 또 제 2단계 뒤에, 제 2단계에서 얻은 성형품을 고압력 하에 최하 120℃의 온도에서 열수처리하는 제 3단계가 행해지는, 석탄재를 내포하는 응고물을 조제하는 방법.

- 석탄재를 칼슘 화합물과 혼합하여 혼합물을 얻게 되는 제 1단계와, 그 혼합물을 성형하여 성형품을 얻게 되는 제 2 단계로 이루어지고, 석탄재는 외견비중이 최소 0.8g/㎤이고 평균입경이 5내지 40㎛이며, 석탄재의 알루미늄 함유량은 Al2O3형식으로 35중량%미만이고, 제 1 단계에서, 10내지 90중량부의 석탄재를 90내지 10중량부의 칼슘 화합물, 발포제와 기포제로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나, 및 물과 혼합하여, 석탄재의 종류와 양, 칼슘 화합물, 발포제 또는 기포제, 및 물로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나에 있어 서로 상이한 둘이상의 혼합물을 획득하고, 제 2단계에서, 그 둘 이상의 혼합물을 적층 상태로 성형하며, 또 제 2 단계 뒤에, 제 2 단계에서 얻은 성형품을 고압력 하에 120℃이상의 온도에서 열수처리하는 제 3 단계가 행해지는, 석탄재를 내포하는 응고물을 조제하는 방법.
- 석탄재를 칼슘 화합물과 혼합하여 혼합물을 얻게 되는 제 1단계와, 그 혼합물을 성형하여 성형품을 얻게 되는 제 2단계로 이루어지고, 석탄재는 외견비중이 최소 0.8g/㎤이고 평균입경이 5내지 40㎛이며, 석탄재의 알루미늄 함유량은 Al2O3형식으로 35중량%미만이고, 제 1단계에서, 10내지 90중량부의 석탄재를 90내지 10중량부의 칼슘 화합물 및 물과 혼합하여, 석탄재의 종류와 양, 칼슘 화합물 및 물로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나에 있어 서로 상이한 둘 이상의 혼합물을 획득하고, 소정량의 기포를 그 둘 이상의 혼합물에 불어 넣으며, 제 2 단계에서, 그 둘 이상의 혼합물을 적층 상태로 성형하며, 또 제 2 단계 뒤에, 제 2 단계에서 얻은 성형품을 고압력 하에 120℃이상의 온도에서 열수처리하는 제 3 단계가 행해지는, 석탄재를 내포하는 응고물을 조제하는 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 제 2 단계에서 얻은 성형품을, 제 3 단계에 앞서 30내지 100℃에서 양생하는, 석탄재를 내포하는 응고물을 조제하는 방법.
- 제 5 항에서 있어서, 칼슘 화합물이 산화칼슘, 수산화 칼슘, 탄산칼슘 및 규산칼슘으로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택된 칼슘 화합물이 하나이거나 또는 어떤 조합인, 석탄재를 내포하는 응고물을 조제하는 방법.
