Claims (12)
- 2.419 nm 이하의 단위 셀 크기를 갖는 제올라이트 Y 기재 물질 및 하나 이상의 제 8 족 금 속의 수소화 성분, 하나 이상의 제 6b 족 금 속의 수소화 성분, 또는 이들의 혼합물로 구성되는 수소화 분해 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제올라이트 기재 물질이 2.380 내지 2.419 nm의 단위 셀 크기를 갖는 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제올라이트 Y 기재 물질이 총 제올라이트 기재 물질을 기준으로 계산하여, 1 내지 0.001 중량%의 알루미늄 함량을 갖는 촉매.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 내화성 산화물을 더욱 포함하는 촉매.
- 제4항에 있어서, 내화성 산화물이 알루미나, 실리카, 실리카-알루미나, 지르코니아, 토리아, 티타니아, 마그네시아 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 촉매.
- 제4항에 있어서, 내화성 산화물의 양이 제올라이트 Y 기재 물질 및 내화성 산화물 총량을 기준으로 하여 10 내지 90 중량%인 촉매.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제 8 족 금속이 니켈, 코발트, 백금, 팔라듐, 또는 이들의 혼합물인 촉매.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제 6b 족 금속이 몰리브덴, 텅스텐 또는 이들의 혼합물인 촉매.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 총 촉매 100 pbw (중량부) 당 금속으로계산하여 제 8 족 금속이 0.05 내지 10 pbw양으로 존재하고, 총 촉매 100 pbw 당 금속으로 계산하여 제 6b 족 금속이 2 내지 40 pbw의 양으로 존재하는 촉매.
- 수소화 분해 공정에서 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한항에 따른 촉매를 사용하는 방법.
- 고온 및 고압에서, 탄화수소성 공급 원료를 수소의 존재하에 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 촉매와 접촉시키는 것으로 구성되는, 상기 공급원료를 보다 낮은 평균 비등점을 가지는 생성물로 전환시키는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 온도가 250 내지 500℃이고, 수소 압력이 30 내지 300 bar 이고, 공간속도가 0.1 내지 10 kg/1.h 이고, 수소/공급원료 비율이 100 내지 5000 Nl/kg 인 방법.
