- 복수개의 구멍을 가진 베이스기판의 표면에 상기 기판의 구멍에 대응하여 배치된 내부전극을 가진 세라믹생시트재로 이루어진 세라믹생적층체를 형성하는 공정과, 샌드블라스트장치를 사용해서 상기 세라믹생시트재로부터 준비된 연마입자로 상기 기판의 구멍을 통해서 상기 세라믹생적층체내에 상기 구멍과 대응하는 위치에 복수개의 관통구멍을 형성하는 공정과, 상기 관통구멍에 상기 내부전극과 접속된 외부전극을 형성하는 공정과, 상기 세라믹생적층체를 소성하는 공정으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹전자부품의 제조방법.
- 복수개의 구멍을 가진 베이스기판의 표면에 제1의 세라믹생적층체를 형성하기 위하여 상기 기판의 구멍에 대응하여 배치된 내부전극을 가진 세라믹생적층체를 형성하는 과정과, 상기 관통구멍내에서 상기 제1의 세라믹 생적층체내에 복수개의 관통구멍을 형성하는 과정과, 상기 관통구멍내에서 상기 내부전국과 접속된 외부전극을 형성하는 공정과, 상기 제1의 세라믹생적층체를 소성하는 공정과, 주로 페라이트재료로 이루어진 상기 제1의 세라믹적층체를 가진 표면과 반대의 기판표면에 납을 함유하는 주로 유전체재료로 이루어진 제2의 세라믹적층체를 형성하는 공정으로 이루어지고, 상기 제1의 세라믹적층체와 상기 제2의 세라믹적층체는 상기 외부 전극에 의해 서로 전기적으로 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹전자부품의 제조방법.
- 복수개의 구멍을 가진 베이스기판의 표면에 상기 기판의 구멍에 대응하여 배치된 내부전극을 가진 세라믹생적층체를 형성하는 공정과, 상기 기판의 구멍을 통해 세라믹생적층체내에 복수개의 관통구멍을 형성하는 공정과, 상기 관통구멍내에 상기 내부전극과 접속된 외부 전극을 형성하는 공정과, 상기 세라믹생적층체를 소성하는 공정으로 이루어진 세라믹전자부품의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 세라믹생적층체는 현재의 관통구멍에 더하여 유전체 재료 또는 자성재료로 채워지는 여분의 관통구멍을 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹전자부품의 제조방법.
- 복수개의 구멍을 가진 베이스기판의 표면에 상기 기판의 구멍에 대응하여 배치된 내부전극을 가진 세라믹생적층체를 형성하는 공정과, 상기 기판의 구멍을 통해 세라믹생적층체내에 복수개의 관통구멍을 형성하는 공정과, 상기 관통구멍내에 상기 내부전극과 접속된 외부전극을 형성하는 공정과, 상기 세라믹생적층체를 소성하는 공정으로 이루어진 세라믹전자부품의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 세라믹생적층체는 두께 0.1~500㎛의 접착층에 의해 상기 기판에 접착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹전자부품의 제조방법.
