Claims (1)
- 폴리에스테르 폴리머를 방사속도 800~2,500m/분으로 방사하되 방사온도를 조절하여 미연신상태에서 태세부의 분포가 다음 식(Ⅰ)을 만족하도록 방사원사를 제조하고, 이를 다음 식(Ⅱ)를 만족하는 연신배율, 가열롤러온도 85~100℃, 가열판온도 상온~230℃의 조건으로 연신, 권취하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르계 태세사의 제조방법 :(위 식에서 S(A)는 가장 작은 필라멘트의 단면적을 나타내고, S(B)는 가장 큰 필라멘트의 단면적을 나타냄)(위 식에서 D/R은 연신배율을 나타내고, NDR은 자연연신비를 나타냄).
