Claims (5)
- 내부에는 외부전원과 접속되는 홀딩핀이 설치되어 있고 외부에는 나사부에 의해 각 실린더에 장착되는 플러그몸체를 구비한 디젤엔진의 예열플러그에 있어서, 일단이 상기 플러그몸체에 삽입되어 있고 타단은 예연소실에 노출되는 보호금속관과, 상기 홀딩핀을 거쳐 리드와이어를 통해 공급되는 외부전기에 의해 발열되는 정온발열형 세라믹히터와, 상기 정온발열형 세라믹히터와 상기 보호금속관 사이에 충진되어 그를 지지하는 절연분말층으로 구성된 발열부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤엔진의 예열플러그.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 정온발열형 세라믹히터는 정온발열형 세라믹(positive temperature coefficient type ceramic)과, 이 정온발열형 세라믹을 감싸며, 상기 리드와이어가 접속된 은(Ag)전극으로 구성되는 디젤엔진의 예열플러그.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속보호관은 알루미늄(Al) 및 구리(Cu)와 같은 열전도성이 높은 물질로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 재료로 제조되는 디젤엔진의 예열플러그.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 절연분말층은 질화알루미나 분말로 제조되는 디젤엔진의 예열플러그.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 금속보호관의 외부에는 다수의 방열핀이 형성된 디젤엔진의 예열플러그.
