Abstract
Description
具体的には、両端に回転羽根とプロペラが取り付けられたシャフトが、混合ノズル内に収容されていると共に、プロペラが塗料と触媒を混合させるための混合室内に収容されていて、回転羽根にエアーを当てることによりシャフトおよびプロペラを回転させる構成が開示されている。このような構成を採用することにより、塗料と触媒を混合させた状態で外部に吐出することが可能になるとされている。
なお、材料どうしの密接度を高めるとは、材料どうしの接触表面積が多いことであり、互いに微細化された状態であることを指している。
本実施の形態にかかる混合ノズル10は、図1に示すように、回転軸20に連結された回転羽根30および旋回流付与部40と、回転羽根30を収容する回転羽根収容部50と、回転羽根収容部50の前方に装着され、旋回流付与部40を収容する吐出室60と、を有している。本実施形態における混合ノズル10は、回転軸20の軸線方向に連列している2つの回転羽根収容部50A,50Bと、吐出室60により筐体が構成されている。
このようなセラミックボールの具体例としては、金属マグネシウム粉が亜硫酸カルシウムの焼結体中に分散するように混入させた構成を採用することが好ましい。より詳細には、特開2011−266360号公報の記載内容を参照されたい。
図7は、第2実施形態にかかる混合ノズルの概略構成を示す一部透視正面図である。本実施形態にかかる混合ノズル10は、混合対象材料を混合する混合室として第1混合室52Aのみを有し、第1混合室52Aに吐出室60が取り付けられていることにより、混合ノズル10の筐体が構成されている点が特徴的である。本実施形態においては、第1実施形態と同様の構成部分については第1実施形態と同一の番号を付すことにより、ここでの詳細な説明は省略する。
このような混合ノズル10に用いる混合材料としては、食用油の廃油と水と空気のように、第1実施形態で用いた混合材料よりも容易に混合することができる(材料の粘性が低い)混合材料を混合させる際に好都合である。

Claims (4)
- 複数の材料を混合させ、材料どうしの密接度を高めた状態の混合材料を吐出する混合ノズルであって、
前記複数の材料が供給される材料供給部を有する混合室と、
回転軸に連結され、前記混合室に前記回転軸を中心に回転可能に配設された回転羽根と、
前記回転軸を回転駆動する駆動源と、
前記混合室の先方に前記混合室と連通して設けられ、先端に吐出口を有する吐出室と、
前記回転軸に連結されると共に、前記吐出室内に回転可能に配置され、前記混合材料に螺旋流を付与して前記吐出口から吐出させる螺旋流付与部とを有し、
前記回転羽根の羽根体の先端部と前記混合室の内表面との間には所要の隙間が形成されていて、
前記回転羽根の表面には、前記回転羽根の回転に伴って前記混合室内において前記吐出口とは逆方向の壁に前記混合材料を衝突させるための帯状体が配設されていることを特徴とする混合ノズル。 - 前記混合室は複数連列していると共に、各々の混合室内には前記回転軸を共有する前記回転羽根がそれぞれ配設されていて、
前記混合室どうしは、材料搬送路により連結されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の混合ノズル。 - 前記複数の混合室における2室目以降の混合室のうち少なくとも一つの混合室には内壁体が配設されていると共に、前記混合室の内周面と前記内壁体の外周面との間に形成された環状空間と外部空間とを連通し、前記内壁体が配設された混合室に気体を追加供給するための追加気体供給部が設けられていて、
前記内壁体の外周面には壁体厚さ方向に貫通する複数の貫通孔が穿設されていて、当該貫通孔を介して前記追加気体供給部から追加供給された空気が前記混合室に供給可能に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2記載の混合ノズル。 - 前記材料供給部は前記混合室の下側位置に配設されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のうちのいずれか一項に記載の混合ノズル。
