Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable some fine ices to be continuously precipitated by a method wherein a continuous flow of super-cooled water is supplied to an upstream side of a trough having a piezo-electric element fixed thereto, the super-cooled state within the trough is released while the piezo-electric element is electrically energized and fluid flowing in the trough is being applied with a ultrasonic vibration. CONSTITUTION: A discharging pipe 4 is arranged at a location above an upstream side. When a super-cooling water is dropped continuously from the discharging pipe 4 into a trough 7, at first, the super-cooled state is released with shock of dropping at the dropping location and ultrasonic vibration so as to form mixture of water and ice. Then, since the trough 7 is inclined, the mixture flows out toward the downstream side and it can be avoided that the mixture is accumulated at the dropping point. In addition, while the fluid of this mixture is flowing within the trough 7 toward a downstream side, ultrasonic vibration is accepted under an operation of the piezo-electric element 8 and the super-cooled state is released by this vibration energy. In this way, when the mixture drops, it becomes a state in which ice is not precipitated from water.
