Abstract

PURPOSE:To contrive the simplification of the connection and arrangement of a sensor section and a control section by superimposing a sensor output onto each clock signal and transmitting the result to the control section. CONSTITUTION:In supplying the clock signal and a power supply from the control section 10 to the sensor section 11 through one and same signal line 104, the sensor section 11 generates (122) a power supply to extract (132) the clock signal, distributes (133) the signal and the voltage level of the clock signal position on the signal line 104 is made different depending on the output of the sensors 140, 141 of each distributed location. The level is detected by the control section 10 to receive the state of the sensors 140, 141. Thus, the number of lines between the sensor section and the control section is decreased.
