Abstract
PURPOSE:To check the liquid feed states of respective liquid feed pumps at all times by providing the pumps for each of plural kinds of solvents, detecting the discharge pressures of the respective liquid feed pumps by a 1st pressure sensor, detecting the pressure at the confluent point of resistance pipes by the 2nd pressure sensor and outputting the signal differences between the 1st and 2nd sensors. CONSTITUTION:The pumps 2a-2c are provided for the respective solvents 1a-1c. The pressure sensor 4a-4c are built between pump heads 3a-3c and outlets 5a-5c of the pumps in the respective pumps 2a-2c. The resistance pipes 6a-6c are connected to the outlets 5a-5c and the outlets of the pipes 6a-6c are joined at the confluent point 7. The pressure sensor 8 is provided between the confluent point 7 and a mixer 9. The differences Sa-Sm, Sb-Sm, Sc-Sm between the output signals Sa-Sc of the sensors 4a-4c and the output signal Sm of the sensor 8 are amplified to adequate values which are outputted. The liquid feed states of the respective pumps are checked by the differences between these output signals.
