Abstract

PURPOSE:To anneal treat the work after molding as it is and moreover to remove its internal stress at a constant annealing condition by a method in which a synthetic resin molded object is inclined and after it has been kept in a constant shape under its own weight and cooled, it is heated by high frequency induction heating, and then it is again inclined and it is cooled, while its shape is kept in constant. CONSTITUTION:The work 2 immediately after molded is placed on the intermediate electrode bars 33 of an intermittently moving conveyer 1, and weights 35 keep the intermediate electrode bars 33 horizontally. When the work enters a cooling chamber 12, the intermediate electrode bar 33 inclines by its dead weight. The work 2 is moved downward under its own weight and passes through the cooling chamber 12, whereby it is hardened. When the work enters a heating chamber 13, the intermediate electrode bar is kept horizontally, and the work is heated by an infrared lamp 27. The intermediate electrode bar 33 enters in between the high voltage electrode bar 4 of a high frequency induction heating part 3 and an earth electrode bar 5 and stops there. After the work 2 has been heated by high frequency induction heating for a prescribed time, it is held at heating state by an infrared lamp 27 and is inclined by the weight 35 during the running in the heating chamber 13. The shape of the work is corrected by a side guide 36 and its dead weight. The work enters the cooling chamber 12 and is hardened gradually by cooling air, whereby its internal stress is removed.
