Abstract

PURPOSE:To shorten the time for preparation and improve productivity, by a method wherein the temperature rising rate of a molding material is controlled by setting intermittent heating time, for example, so that the temperature rising rate in the whole area or a partial area of a temperature rising characteristic becomes smaller than the inherent temperature rising rate thereof in accordance with the molding material, when the temperature of a part, neighboring to the molding material, is to be elevated. CONSTITUTION:A set temperature Ts upon molding is set in a temperature setter 20 and a step temperature K and a temperature rising rate a2( deg.C/sec) are set in a temperature rising characteristic setter 21. When a power source is thrown, a thermocouple 19 detects an initial temperature and sends a signal to a temperature controller 17. On the other hand, a temperature, in which the step temperature K is added with the initial temperature, is set in the temperature controller 17 as an objective temperature and a heater 18 is put ON simultaneously. According to these operations, heating is effected by a heater 18 and the temperature of a hot runner block 3 is resin by the temperature rising rate of an inherent temperature rising characteristic. When the temperature is elevated by the step temperature K, the thermocouple 19 detects it and the heater 18 is put OFF by the temperature controller 17.
