Abstract
PURPOSE:To easily and surely form a reverse image by using a copying machine in a normal image copying system, forming a toner image corresponding to an original image on a colored transfer sheet with white toner and performing copying on a white transfer sheet with black toner by setting an obtained copied substance as an original. CONSTITUTION:A developing device incorporating the white toner is fitted in a copying machine main body and colored paper is used as a transfer sheet. By performing an electrophotographic process, white toner image corresponding to the original image is formed on the colored paper. Then the colored paper where the white toner image is formed is placed on an original platen and the developing device is exchanged for the developing device incorporating the black toner, and copying is performed by using conventional white paper as a transfer sheet. If the exposure of image is performed on the colored paper in such a state, charges on a photosensitive body are removed and the toner is not made to adhere on a part where the white toner image is formed. Meanwhile, the charges on the photosensitive body are not removed and the toner image is formed on a background part (colored part) because it can not obtain reflected light. Thus, the reverse image of the original image can be obtained without necessitating a special device or a control mechanism.
