Abstract
PURPOSE:To achieve a highly accurate measurement of a displacement, by providing a plurality of measuring sensor on an internal wall surface of a hollow cylinder body covering an object to be measured to detect a deformation of the object being measured circumferentially at an equal interval. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of measuring sensors 3 are provided on an internal wall surface 1a of a hollow cylinder body 1 covering an object to be measured 5 to detect a deformation of the object 5 being measured circumferentially at an equal interval. Then, the object 5 being measured is fastened on a mounting construction 7 with a screw 6 being inserted into a hollow part of the cylinder body 1 and a distance X between the sensors 3 and the object 5 being measured is measured to be fed to a measuring apparatus from an output terminal 4. Here, the environment of the construction 7 is changed (for example, the temperature is raised by 30 deg.) and a measurement is performed after the change in the temperature to draw the way the sensors 3 and the distance X vary at the terminal 4 thereby permitting measurement little affected by the mounting on the measuring side or the like.
