Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve quality of yoke, by employing a predetermined arched shape at the joint of the yoke and securing the projecting part firmly to the recessed portion. CONSTITUTION:When a yoke is manufactured, yoke material, i.e. a steel board 1, is pressed rectangularly to provide a plurality of recesses 2 at one end 1a, i.e. a part to be jointed, and projections 3 are provided at the other end 1b while facing with the recesses 2. The recesses 2 have arched inner circumferences enlarging toward the rear while the projections 3 have widths A' approximately equal to or smaller than the inlet dimension A of the recess 2, and thereby the projections 3 can be inserted from circumferential direction into the recesses 2 when the steel board 1 is rounded. Since jointing parts 1a, 1b are contacted tightly except the part between the recess 2 and the projection 3 during inserting process, linear jointing parts can be contacted tightly by expanding the projections 3 under this state by means of an expander 4.
