본 고안은 플라이백 트랜스 포머의 몰딩케이스에 관한 것으로, 특히 코어가 삽입 고정되는 코어지지부에 플래시가 형성된 몰딩 케이스에 관한 것이다. 플라이백 트랜스 포머는 저압보빈이 몰딩케이스 내부에 충전된 후 코어를 저압보빈과 몰딩케이스 외부에 걸쳐 코어핀에 의해서 고정하므로 코어 고정작업이 번거롭다. 본 고안의 목적은 상기와 같은 단점을 제거하기 위하여 몰딩케이스의 코어지지부에 내측으로 연장하는 플래시를 형성하여 코어가 코어 지지부에 삽입되면 플래시를 깍으면서 고정되는 코어지지 플래시가 형성된 몰딩 케이스를 제공하고자 하는 것이다. 본 고안을 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 하기에 설명한다. 제 1도에는 본 고안의 몰딩 케이스에 저압보빈이 결합된 상태가 도시되는데, 몰딩케이스(1)의 저부에는 저압보빈(2)의 결합부(3)가 슬라이딩 삽입되는 안내부(4)가 형성되며 안내부(4)가 형성되며 안내부(4)의 단부(5)는 코어 지지부를 이룬다. 코어지지부(5)에는 내측으로 연장하는 플래시(6)가 형성되는데, 제 2 도에 도시된 바와 같이 코어 지지주(5)의 양측모서리에 플래시(6)가 마주보게 형성되며 코아가 삽입되는 개구 방향으로는 경사면(7)을 가져서 코어가 코어지지부(5)에 삽입될 때 플래시(6)를 깎으면서 고정된다.The present invention relates to a molding case of a flyback transformer, and more particularly, to a molding case in which a flash is formed on a core support portion to which a core is inserted and fixed.
