Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a laminated inductor by the small number of masks and processes by a method wherein a magnetic substance layer, a conductor pattern and a low permeability layer are printed and laminated separately. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic substance layer 11 is formed on the surface of a magnetic substance substrate 11 excluding a part where a conductor pattern is to be formed. A conductor is filled in its recessed pattern; a half-turn conductor pattern 21 is formed. Then, a magnetic substance layer 12 is formed; a low permeability layer 31 is formed in its recessed part. During this process, only an end part remains exposed; a conductor 22 is filled. In succession, a magnetic substance layer 13 is formed in the same manner as in a previous process; a low permeability layer 32 is formed in about a half of the formed recessed part. This low permeability layer 32 is formed in a part on the previous conductor pattern; a conductor pattern 23 is formed in a remaining half. By this setup, a next conductor pattern which has been connected to the previous conductor pattern can be formed.
