Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify the adjustment by providing 1st and 2nd memory circuits storing respectively digital code applying temperature compensation of 1st and 2nd change elements so as to facilitate the production of a temperature compensation voltage. CONSTITUTION:A temperature compensation digital code is fed to memory circuits 3, 13. A frequency temperature compensation code corresponding to said code in a form of an address is stored in advance in the circuit 3. When ambient temperature changes, the address signal is changed and said code is read from the circuit 3, converted into an analog signal and fed to a frequency control terminal 15 of a voltage controlled oscillator 5. An output voltage temperature compensation code is stored in advance in the circuit 13 by taking the output code of the A/D converter 2 as the address and when the ambient temperature changes, the address signal is changed and said code is read from the circuit 13, converted into an analog signal and fed to an output voltage control terminal 16 of the oscillator 5. Thus, even if a temperature characteristic has a difference in the components, the adjustment is attained without any approximation as the case with a conventional device.
