Abstract
PURPOSE:To provide a polymer composition composed of an olefin polymer, titanium oxide and dimethylpolysiloxane, having excellent releasability from a chill roll, imparting a film with excellent surface smoothness and usable as a paper-laminated film free from emission of white smoke. CONSTITUTION:The objective polymer composition is produced by compounding (A) 100pts.wt. of an olefin polymer, preferably a low-density polyethylene with (B) 2-50pts.wt. of titanium oxide, (C) 0.05-10pts.wt. of a dimethylpolysiloxane (a silicone oil having a molecular weight of 1,000-100,000 and a viscosity of 1-100,000cs) and optionally (D) a color pigment, an antioxidant, etc. A paper- laminated film can be produced by thoroughly melting and kneading the polymer composition, forming into a film by T-die process and laminating with a paper sheet.
