Abstract
PURPOSE:To easily form a coil and to omit a terminal base stand by providing an annular magnetic unit coupled to an insulating substrate, and a metal body coupled to be conducted to one end of a conductive foil around the outer periphery of a core of the unit. CONSTITUTION:Many metal pieces 9, 10 are divided into groups and formed on a metal plate 14, the intermediate part of the pieces 9, 10 is coupled by synthetic resin 11, and both the ends of the pieces 9, 10 are separated from the plate 14. A primary coil 12 is soldered at its leads to a terminal conductive foil 4 and part 2a of a conductive foil 2 of the end to be connected to an external circuit, and a secondary coil 13 is soldered at its leads to a terminal conductive foil 5 and part 3a of a conductive foil 3 disposed at the end to be connected to an external circuit. The foils 2, 3 and the foils 4, 5 are easily formed on an insulating substrate 1 by an etching method of a thick film technique, an annular magnetic unit 8 and metal pieces 9, 10 are sequentially secured on the substrate 1 to connect the foils 2, 3 to the pieces 9, 10, thereby forming the coils 12, 13.
