Abstract

PURPOSE:To select a handler function or a generator function by providing a bus interrupt output part, a bus interrupt input part, an interrupt output part which outputs an interrupt request signal to a central processing unit, and a changeover switch circuit. CONSTITUTION:A bus interrupt output part 20 which outputs a bus interrupt request signal in accordance with a local interrupt request signal, a bus interrupt input part 21 which inputs the bus interrupt request signal, an interrupt output part 22 which outputs the interrupt request signal to the central processing unit at the time of input of the local interrupt request signal or the bus interrupt request signal, and a changeover switch circuit 25 are provided. When a device is operated as a handler, the switch circuit is switched to activate the bus interrupt input part and the interrupt output part and to inactivate the bus interrupt output part. When it is operated as a generator, the switch circuit is switched to inactivate the bus interrupt input part and the interrupt output part and to activate the bus interrupt output part.
