Conventional cover structures like this have problems due to the fact that the antenna device is fixed to an antenna support stand, etc.
The main part was a completely waterproof and airtight box structure with the parabolic mirror side exposed, so the box structure was complex and required many parts and packings, making processing and assembly troublesome. Not only was the cost high, but it was also extremely troublesome to inspect the interior.

In view of the above points, the present invention integrates the circuit section and the reflector into one piece, and creates a rainproof structure by sandwiching the flange plate that separates the front and rear parts of the boundary between the front and rear covers. This is an antenna device that can be inspected and achieves its purpose without using a gasket or the like in the clamping portion.

The antenna device configured as described above is attached and fixed to the antenna device support base 6 shown in phantom lines on the lower surface of the horizontal substrate 11 of the transmitting/receiving unit 1 by means not shown. This support stand 6 has a function of changing the angles in the elevation direction and the horizontal direction so that the antenna device can be oriented in a predetermined direction, and also capable of being fixed in the direction.

As described above, when the antenna device is installed outdoors and it rains, the transmitter/receiver section 1 is covered by the rear cover 4, and rainwater does not enter. On the antenna part 2 side, rainwater that enters through a small gap between the parabolic reflector 22 and the annular edge 51 of the front cover 5 is drained from the hole 53 below along the groove 52 provided behind it. leak to the outside. In addition, some of the rainwater that enters the mating surfaces of the rear cover 4 and the front cover 5 enters along the mounting plate 29 and is transmitted downward, and some rainwater flows down the vertical board via the mounting bracket 28. 12, rainwater flowing down the mounting plate 29 is discharged from the lower gap or hole 53 of the cover, and rainwater flowing downward through the vertical substrate 12 is discharged from the surface mating with the antenna substrate 21. Patch King 27 installed
However, it does not enter the inside of the transmitting/receiving section 1, but instead flows downward and is discharged in the same manner as described above.

Even during wind and rain, the above effects are exactly the same, and rainwater does not enter the transmitting/receiving unit 1. In particular, the lower opening of the rear cover 4 is blocked by the horizontal board 11, and the surrounding area is The cover 4 extends below the horizontal substrate 11 for a sufficient length and surrounds it in a hakama-like manner, thereby preventing rainwater from entering. In the present invention, the front cover protrudes like an eave and is open; however, the same effect can be achieved even if this part is covered as a radome.

As described above, the antenna device according to the present invention prevents rainwater etc. from entering the main internal parts without requiring special packing etc. at the joint part with the cover, and the cover clamps the flange plate. Since the cover is installed as a cover, the interior can be inspected and maintained by easily removing this cover, which not only makes various operations easier during manufacturing and assembly, but also reduces packing. The effect of freeing the required complexity and reducing costs is extremely large.
